It was a very pleasant experience, thanks to the personalized, friendly service from the manager, Kelly, and her very friendly, professional staff. I highly recommend it. The food is high-quality and delicious, and the service is very friendly and professional.

The employee had a terrible attitude—no greeting, no smile, and I had to ask for everything myself, including pita bread and separate sauce containers. When I asked how to complain about the customer service, her attitude suddenly changed. Customers shouldn’t have to complain to receive basic courtesy and respect. Very poor service and definitely needs improvement.
