I went to this cava last night for the first time after a really long, hard day. I honestly don't usually write reviews, but the customer service from Kaylee and Michel was outstanding enough that I had to. Their energy brightened my day the second I walked in. I also watched them help the woman in line behind me, who only spoke Spanish and had some strict dietary restrictions, with so much patience, translating every ingredient with a smile the whole time. You can just tell they're genuinely good people who care about doing right by their customers. Right before I left, I was struggling to get my lid on and Rigo jumped in to help, cracking jokes the entire time, which made me feel even better after a rough day. I actually asked Michel for the names of everyone working that shift, because their kindness, without knowing anything about what kind of day I'd had, made a real difference. Thank you to Ehilly, Cindy, Rigo, and especially Kaylee and Michel for being the best. This crew is what great service looks like. 💛

Really great experience! Kaylie and Dianara are the best at this location. So sweet and patient. They made my experience 10 times better. From patiently answering my questions with smiles to enthusiastically suggesting sauces and condiments. They practically made my bowl gourmet. So thankful to them for their positive energy and kindness. You cannot pay for this kind of service but I hope management takes notice of the star players they have on their team. Thank you ladies. I will be back to this location any change I have.
