  i am writing to report an upsetting experience my son and his friend had at your location recently. According to them, employees were using inappropriate language toward them, including cussing, and were also recording them while laughing and treating the situation like a joke. This behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially toward minors. Customers should feel respected and comfortable when visiting your restaurant, and no child should be mocked or recorded by staff members.

  Went through drive thru. The AI was not working apparently so a person on the speaker took my order. When I arrived at the window, my order was not found. So the worker told me I would have to go back around and order again. I had just finished waiting in line for 12 minutes. I refused and said I don't mind pulling forward to wait for my food but I will not go back and reorder. Then the manager named Kasey yelled to the window, "Next time you need to order at the AI speaker!!" I told her and the window lady that I did, a lady repeated my order, it showed up on screen, she gave me my total and told me to drive forward. Now I spent my teenage years working at McDonalds so I have a special place in my heart for drive-thru workers. But no! Kasey was so rude that I will never go back to this or any Taco Bell in the future ever again..

  Made a mobile order and received less than half of the order. When coming back they didn’t give the all of the missing items from the order when shown the receipt. The blonde girl with giant false lashes said “we were generous enough to give you half of what you asked for” with an attitude and clearly didn’t care and was annoyed throughout the process. Eat here if you like your time wasted, food probably spat in, and getting horrible customer service.

  When I order through the Taco Bell app and make swaps, they’re often not followed, about 7 out of 10 times the order I receive doesn’t match the substitutions I selected in app. This has happened across different visits and items, so it seems like a consistent issue with order accuracy for the customized stuff.

  The restaurant wasn't busy so we got our foods fast, the worker there was very nice.
