  No need to write in details my experience here being corporate will be contacted but needless to say, the customer service was beyond disappointing. Starting from the car hop, Celeste, to the manager, Jose. But more so with the management whom handled everything. This location not only needs customer service training, but management training as well. The expectations for food quality and service has deminished drastically. If it doesn't get addressed and some major changes don't occur, this store location will not continue to be in business much longer.

  These places are looking worst and worst every day. Went to one on Eldridge and half of the monitors are broken and when pressing button, no one ever got back to me. Tried a couple different ones and waiting about 5 minutes each and no answer. So I left. So disappointed. Never going back.
