  Waited in drive thru and their “system was down” couldn’t use my sonic gift card. Disappointed kids and adults.

  Normally I haven't had a problem with this place but recently the food quality has dropped. I ordered a burger and fries with a slush. The fries were burnt, the plain cheeseburger was incorrectly delivered and cold. I brought it up with the employee and I got my burger back suspiciously fast. I decided to check it and all they did was scrape off the lettuce, tomato, and sauces, while adding a cheese slice to cover it up. And the burger was still COLD. Im worried to try my slush because im fully expecting it to be all flavor no ice. Its been 15+ years. Maybe its time to pack up this location.

  I've been going to sonic for yearss and never had an issue. Went to this location foe the first time with some friends. We ordered the strawberry slushie and mango peach refresher. Strawberry was good. The mango peach refresher, however was not good. It's basic restaurant policy to kindly exchange or remake one if brought back to show we barely drank it. Just had 2 sips. The employee said he was the general manager apparently, he started going back and forth about how we shouldn't order something we dont like, he followed the recipe and told us what he added how he made it just kept yapping. When he finally stopped talking we ask to make us a strawberry passionfruit refesher instead which we've had before and also really liked. He was rude, but he made it for us. Very understandable why he was upset about many customers coming to make exchanges. This "general manager" makes the worst drinks. The strawberry passionfruit, was literally strawberry chunks mixed with water. Disgusting, tasteless, no passionfruit syrup at all. So both drinks were really bad. He told us he doesn't drink them, makes sense why. He also said many many people come back to complain about their drinks, completely understandable. You make the worse drinks possible. Rude behavior, disgusting drinks. Never again at this location

  Worst Sonic Ever. Go to Kroger. The only thing good was Shelley and her Customer Service. She did all the work while the other crew/staff leaned against the walls doing nothing. Shelley deserves 5 stars but the other crew members 1 star.
