  Had me waiting at the window for 15 minutes, called five times no one went to the front the last minute I get a call back from their headquarters saying to go inside. I said I’ve been at the window. I was getting out of my car and someone showed up the last second and said nothing to me once I told them my name and they handed me my order.

  Recently ordered a large pepperoni and bacon pizza, thin crust and cheese sticks to meet minimum amount. The pizza literally had 11 tiny pieces of bacon (yes we counted). The cheese sticks were burnt! When I placed order it was through call center. Immediately called them to complain about order. The call center tried calling store on Eldridge in Sugarland TX. However, as usual, there was no answer! Tried 2 more times to no avail!!! I won't be ordering any longer!

  Purchased a pizza and Boneless Wings at this location. They made the pizza wrong and after letting shift manager know she told me I apologize for it but then proceeded to tell me I can’t do anything besides remake a pizza after I went all the way home, she also told me I can complain and like other customers do. She didn’t really make matters worse better by saying I’m just a shift manager and I can’t do anything for you having to come back up here because the pizza wasn’t made the way I ordered it. She tells me they have multiple people that makes one pizza and I found that odd. I don’t remember multiple people making a pizza together when it so doesn’t take but one person to make a large pizza. Despite all of these red flags she still didn’t come up with a solution to me being inconvenienced and having to come back to the store for them to remake a pizza I had already taken home only to find my pizza wasn’t done the way it should’ve been made. This store used to be a lot better with customer service but lately it’s been the worse pizza place I’ve been to and experienced. Very disappointed in the service or of the store and the food quality and customer service was horrible.
