- APAalok PatelApr 18, 20261.0I’ve been coming to this Pizza Hut for at least 10 years and just experienced the worst pizza and service I’ve ever gotten here. The pizza looks and tastes like it was prepared in 2 mins. Way too garlicky pretty sure they used the wrong crust and way too much cheese. I had also ordered a pan pizza but when I got to the store the guy tells me “we are out of pan”. Let me clarify, he didn’t tell me this he waited till I went back to the store to let me know. Awful customer service. This would have been nice to know with a quick phone call or just tell me politely when I picked up the pizza. Worker, not sure if he is the manager said that they are out of pan because they are busy. Also he wasn’t polite at all which would have made up for a lot. Didn’t even show me the pizza before I left the store and was in a rush. I understand you are busy but that’s not the customers fault. Don’t cut corners and don’t give up on good service just because you are busy. Clearly need to hire more employees or figure something out if you can’t handle a busy night. Not to mention this is a Saturday night not a random Tuesday so they were clearly unprepared. I can’t believe how poor the quality of the food was tonight and I’m usually pretty lenient. I can fathom poor service once in a while but I can’t fathom food that was as bad as this because you are cutting corners. Just lost a customer of over 10+ years. Will be going to the Eldridge location going forward.
