Took them a few minutes to acknowledge after I text spit #…… I thought it was kinda off that as I was driving home that the smell of the food was not like it usually is…got home, unpacked 3 “chunks” of steak I had to cut up myself to make it look like fajitas that I usually get from there….food was not seasoned at all!!! Tasted horrible… not what I’m used to to from them…. been a Customer for 15-20 years….O, and on top of that, they forgot the cheese and sour cream…. The only think good was the salsa!! Trashed the rest!!! It was that bad! DISAPPOINTED IN YOU SUGARLAND
- MMMoeSep 30, 20261.0Company lunch today at 11:30am 21 people and I ordered the Plato del Mar. I asked for no jalapeños, but it came with jalapeños. It was sent back and later brought to me and when I bit into the shrimp it still had jalapeños. At this point I was like dont bother, everyone was half way through their meals. You would think a $39 plate of Mexican food would be correct. I didnt even get to eat the shrimp. Im allergic to jalapeños. Also tortillas were never brought to our table. I had to get up and go get them myself for our group. My boss spent around $1000. Seriously people do better!

Service was very slow even though it was not busy we had to leave before we got to the Ice cream Sunday for my sister’s birthday . Meat didn’t taste as good as it used to be . Low quality for that price the same thing with the flower tortilla. Who ever changed the rice recipe is a big time looser it doesn’t look good and it had no taste
