So my hubby and I came down to help my stepdaughter move into her apartment, and the next day was Mother's Day so we met my family at Pappasito's my husband and I met my aunt, my uncle and my cousins and my stepdaughter, also came with us, we had a time😊 The food was delicious. It was a great day. But the wait was very long. We probably waited two and a half hours , but it was worth it😋 See pictures 😊 So my husband, stepdaughter and I ordered a family meal that was $104.95 it was the Sizzling Platter. They also give out Military discounts only to the service members or the Veterans not the family. 😇 Great customer service our server was Jerenias and he was a complete gentleman 👏🏾 Until next time ✌🏽🫶🏽

This used to be my favorite location. I worked here while in school. But Mother’s Day was disgusting & our server Mitch ruined it for us. Our food took an hour to come out, he kept forgetting stuff. We sat with a dirty table, empty cups, unrefilled chips, no napkins for 45 mins. After our food arrived we packed it to go & he still forgot the condiments we paid extra for. My mom tipped him $30. I would’ve tipped &0.

Service is was not good at the bar tonight. I had 2 margaritas and dinner but service was adequate. I placed an order to go at the bar but did not get it until after other people had come, ordered and received their food. It was cold by the time I did get it. One of the bartenders, Lea, had a scowl on her face whenever I asked for sauce, my to go order etc. Apparently she is too good to wait on me. The manager did try to help with a discount but overall the service was very disappointing. My bill was close to $200 before gratuity.

I’d been told multiple times by multiple people that I had to try this place basically the kind of peer pressure you actually listen to. Since I travel for work, I like to ask locals where to eat, and Pappasitos came up so often I started wondering if they were all secretly on the payroll. Turns out… they were right. This is a bring-your-entire-squad-and-leave-in-a-food-coma kind of spot. I ordered the steak, shrimp, and sausage fajitas (yes, I went for the full “why choose when you can have everything” option), and they did not disappoint. Now let’s talk about Jade, our waitress—because she deserves her own paragraph. She insisted we try the butter like it was some kind of life-changing experience. Reader, she was not exaggerating. That butter had me acting unwise. I dipped everything in it. Fajitas? Butter. Tortilla? Butter. Probably would’ve dipped my phone in it if no one stopped me. Whatever that butter touched instantly leveled up like it just gained XP. 10/10 would return—and possibly request a personal side of butter next time
