Love this restaurant for the food and the experience. The fajitas are world famous for a reason. They take food allergies very seriously and I never worry that I’ll be safe eating at Pappasito’s. Grayson was my server at my last visit and he was patient and very accommodating with me and my allergies and requests. His hospitality was unmatched. Would recommend requesting him as a server if you get the chance!

My son chose to eat at the Pappasito’s in Sugar Land for his birthday. Half price fajitas on Wednesday. $180 for three. Only two drinks, peach tea and Coke Zero! The atmosphere is so loud. The only good thing was our server Natalia, and she was very sweet and a great waitress.
This is the third time in a row eating at this restaurant chain that I have sworn I will never eat there again. Not just the location in Sugar Land but also the Little Pappasito’s on Richmond. Pappasito’s use to be great. The prices have continuously gone up and the food quality has gone down. Way over priced to eat food that is saturated with salt!!!! We had to request new chips because there was so much salt on them, you had to wipe your hands to remove the excessive salt. The queso, too salty. The charro beans, so salty, that was all you tasted. Please stop with the salt already!
Almost a year ago, a group of six friends met at Little Pappasito’s on Richmond and every person was so disappointed in the food (everyone got something different) and we agreed to take Pappasito’s off of our list.
I told my son if he chose Pappasito’s again he was on his own! I woke up feeling nauseous and have an upset stomach. I am seriously done with this restaurant. I won’t even make a dent in their business by vowing not to go there, but I can eat quality Mexican food at so many other places in Houston that won’t make me wake up feeling sick at my stomach.

If I could give a 0, I would. Ordered a seafood boil, it was still frozen when brought to the table, the butter sauce it was covered in was the only thing that was "hot". I sent it it back and although my shrimp and crab were hot, there was a potato that was clearly bitten into now on my tray. The girl had an attitude, she clearly either disliked her job or was upset she had to bring the cold dish back.
This rating is based on take out only options for this location. It's close to our residence, so it makes the convenience of take out, very easy. The service this far has been perfect, I really can't comment entirely on the atmosphere inside, on the outside, it is snugged into the middle of a business park and highway 59/69. The food here is pretty consistently good, we have eaten from this place about half a dozen times and maybe twice, either the pico seemed to be on its last leg, based off the smell and taste from the tomatoes, or the chips have been well over salted or stale. Other than that the food is good and worth it as to be expected. We will certainly be back.
My experience with this location was not pleasant. My to go order was wrong. I called multiple times and kept being put on hold. Then when I reached a manager he asked me what I ordered and then said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I get there and the manager I spoke to BRIAN NELSON, took one look at me and said I needed to bring original food back before he would replace my order. I was frustrated and asked him why did he tell me my order was going to be ready in 20 minutes because I left work and went straight there. He didn't mention anything about me bringing the food back from yesterday. I felt like because I was African-American he gave me a hard time. He was fine over the phone but as soon as he saw me all of a sudden he wouldn't give me my order. I'll never go back to that location again because he's prejudiced
