  Took 12 minutes to even acknowledge customers were at the counter, poor service, don't recommend this McDonald's

  Placed my order and showed up before 10:30 breakfast cut off just to have multiple employees walk past me and no one come to help at the counter til 5 min after breakfast. All to be told that my order was now canceled because it was after breakfast time and I didn’t check in on the app. I’ve used the app dozens of times and McDonalds has no check in process if you’re already at the restaurant and just supplies the code. Yet the lady still blamed me for their lack of customer service and told me there was nothing she could do.

  The drive-through takes an ungodly amount of time no matter what time of day it is. I sat at the drive-through speaker for five minutes and nobody took my order. I said hello and good morning but no response for at least five minutes and there were no cars in front of me in line and I could see the workers in the restaurant. Eventually I had to go to work so I just left hungry with my order never having been taken. I don’t understand what happened as this location used to always be on top of their game.

  Últimamente está sucursal ha tomado demasiado tiempo para entregar las ordenes pero es un muy buen lugar para satisfacer las necesidades de alimentacion

  Don't put all the food in uber order. Then refuse to answer the phone. This place recently got new management and has become the worst McDonald's in 20 mile radius.
