  I was eager to try this place since I work nearby and saw good reviews. However, upon coming in a saw that they had AI generated pictures of food on their menu. This is immediately put me off and caused me to leave without even ordering. To Kabab Shack and all other restaurants: we demand better than disgusting AI pictures. If your food is actually any good, you can put a real photo on your menu.

  I knew the second I walked in this place was gonna be good and I was right. The gyro was so good and loaded with meat. The beef koobideh was seasoned perfectly and the rice wasn’t overpowering. Also get the spiced fries. Idk what’s on that sauce but oh my god it was so good. I’m coming back on payday

  first of all i’m never in sugar land like ever so i just went in blindly just based on reviews and because it looked so homey in there, it definitely ended up being better than expected in every way. was hoping to order some lentils to try but they had sold out, the cashier was kind enough to let me have a tiny sample and i kinda left a little mad from how good they were. try every dessert, these guys don’t miss

  Had an amazing experience at Kabab Shack & Grill! 🍗✨ The chicken loaded fries were absolutely delicious—so flavorful and satisfying! What really made my visit special was the warm and welcoming customer service. The manager and staff were incredibly kind and even gave me complimentary dal rice and okra curry to taste. Everything felt so thoughtful and genuine. ❤️ It’s always nice to visit a place where the food is great, but the hospitality makes you feel truly welcomed. Highly recommend Kabab Shack & Grill! 🌟

  I ordered a chicken Kabab in a pita today 9/22 at noon and asked if the chicken was breast meat. I was expecting the normal chunks of meat cooked on a skewer but what I was served was at best chicken trimmings more like a shawarma. Not at all like the picture on their website. I placed my order at the counter. They ask for a tip on the POS screen that starts at 15% for service and goes up from there. When my order was ready, the staff member behind the counter did not even take the 10 steps to bring my order to my table.
