  I ordered a sandwich from them for the first time in 5 or 6 years. I wanted a toasted sandwich as its 2026 and nobody trusts these cold sub bar assembly places for quality control. Luckily they are with the times and had a whole section of toasted subs. So I ordered a jimmy cubano, style after a cubano sandwich. A cubano is a hot sandwich. I was delivered a completely cold and disgusting sub. When I called to ask what happened. First I was told number 1 thru 6 and 9 are the only toasted. Then I directed the person to the section called toasted subs. He told me those are toasted subs and they dont toast anything unless I ask specifically. Even when ordering under the toasted sub section. Then he went on to say they dont toast the cubano at Jimmy John's. To any intelligent person, this is all just random excuses to cover up a mistake. How can you possible make a sub fashioned after a hot toasted sandwich and then not toast it even when you list it under toasted subs. Terrible customer service. Nobody is paying 22$+ for a delivery sandwich that is cold. Its 2026. Wake up. Stop arguing with the customers when you make minimum wage to put sandwiches together. Educate your employees please because this kid that answered the phone doesnt have a clue and shouldn't be talking to any customers. Its been 5 years and it'll be 50 more before I try this location again. The cookies are still delicious and almost worth the 3$. Step it up jimmy johns or youll keep being passed by all the other sandwich places

  Ben and James were some of the kindest people I’ve met at this Jimmy John’s!! 10/10 service!!! I had a long day at work and they both greeted me with a smile. They even told me happy birthday when I redeemed my sandwich. I really appreciate this kind of kindness. Praying God blesses them tremendously!! (:

  Came here at lunchtime. Little busy. Jerry was handling the entire store by himself, absolute rock star. Jimmy John’s corporate promote this man!
