- RDRenee DavisMar 24, 20251.0I had some of the worst customer service today. My husband doesn't do particularly spicy food so he ordered 3 mild chicken strips. I ordered medium heat wings. His strips ended up being 3xs hotter than my wings, and the cashier was completely apathetic. No apology for disclosure, actively told no returns or refunds even though he had only taken one bite. She was over all miserable to talk to. No personality, no engagement, no nothing. I would expect someone in customer service to at least be semi concerned as to how the customers percieve their workplace. I went 30 minutes out of my way to eat here. Certainly never again. I had heard this franchise was amazing. Whomever you had as a cashier today around 4 was the worst front man I've ever encountered at a restaurant.

The food was hot but for two meals with a total cost of 27 dollars (MEGA SANDO and CHICKEN FINGERS) you should get more than 7 small waffle fries. They are not customer friendly. I want my money back. The cashier seemed to laugh when I complained. She is from Pakistan so I guess when people complain there they think it is funny. I never received more waffle fries. Also, the drink area was dirty and the floors were not swept. Would 3 more waffle fries put this company out of business or would it keep business? The owners need to think about this.

The chicken is so good and moist! I got hot heat level and it was great for me (i love spicy). The waffle fries are crispy. The macaroni had alot of cheese but it's great if you like dipping your hot chicken in cheese. Funnel cake fries are fluffy and easy to eat. The service is wonderful and everyone is so nice, we will be back probably next week!
