Last week the salmon smells horrible right after I opened it (when I returned it, the staff smelled it too and she almost throw up 😂) Overall, the produces here are not always fresh

It is crowded every Sunday but somehow the lines always moves quickly and the staff is friendly. Produce is fresh and HEB in general is just an amazing company. I should have written a positive review before this. HEB went above and beyond today and gave me 10 dollar HEB gift card just for being there on Father’s Day. I shouldn’t have needed a catalyst(the gift card) to leave this review. They are constantly friendly and fast with quality produce. Thank you HEB

Cashier Natalee D has the nastiest, disgusting attitude and makes it very clear that she frowns upon Hispanics. Woman in front of me at checkout was treated with the upmost respect, then when my turn came there was a huge difference in how I was treated. Even tried to make me pay full price for items that clearly had a coupon. Switch out your cashier or corporate can hear about it next.
- CHChristopher HenryJun 11, 20262.0I like this store... my only - big - complaint is that of the multiple HEB that I shop at, the bakery bread here is the worst: small(er), dense(r), harder than any other store's bakery. On top of that they've stopped slicing half+ of the loaves. I am comparing to: i10 @ Voss, both big Bellaire stores, Buffalo Speedway near 59, Waugh between Richmond and Alabama. Finally said something here because my wife's sandwich was lame today because of the highway 6 @ University bread (German rye).
