- SASaadia AhmadJun 18, 20261.0Zero customer service, cashier was extremely rude and told me I should know “because it’s common sense” Really? I didn’t come to be humiliated over a $6 coffee. Btw this was because I only let two cars that were in front of me from the other lane go? When I came there was a long line so I naturally went in the shorter line. Apparently according to this staff member I’m supposed to be watching where the guy taking orders is and how many cars he is talking to even though I just got there and have no idea which cars he’s done. I am only looking ahead and paying attention to my kids in the car not how far the line, or which line the order guy is at! I would have gladly let in whoever was supposed to go first HAD I KNOWN - not because I have no COMMON SENSE. I’ll stick to the other location, where they actually come to your car and tell you which car to follow after! (Shout out to the lovely staff at the Missouri city location- very organized and polite!). Don’t come to this location expecting much “customer service”.

I remember speaking to Bre-(something?) brena? And Ryan (female). I’m horrible with name, and I’m sure my spelling is wrong.. but I wanted to make sure to mention those two ladies for making my morning a little less stressful and for their friendly attitudes while, I’m sure, juggling many things at the time. Thank you Dutch bros for always coming through with amazing drinks, friendly customer service, and quick service.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
