  The games are great but staff is terrible. Sylvia specifically made our experience frustrating. We purchased two of the $55 pass and added on the $5 food deal they have but for the second visit in a row the receipts for our purchase didn’t print. The manager made it hard to redeem them and after we finally did we wanted to go to a server to get assisted as we did not like the managers service. Then the server we had was frustrated and her manager told her we had to close out the bar tab before moving to a table server, even though we could easily have had a separate tab under a separate person at that table. Then I waited at the bar for over 10 minutes to be able to close out that first tab with another bartender before I could be assisted at the table. She also never brought the buffalo sauce we asked her for. Definitely not up to the service standard I would expect from a newly opened Dave and busters

  Our server, Angel, was wonderful! She was very nice, friendly, and attentive throughout our entire meal. She checked on us multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed and made sure our food was prepared exactly the way we wanted it. Her great attitude and excellent service really made our dining experience enjoyable. Thank you, Angel, for taking such good care of us!

  Had a great experience with our amazing server Christian, from the moment he approached our table we knew we were in good hands. He was quick intentional and fast my daughter and I were on a Daddy/Daughter date and he ensured we had a great time. If you are in the Sugar Land area and wanna have a good time stop by Dave & Buster's you won't be disappointed!

  Happy customer here, I’d like to take a moment to recognize a few AMAZING people at this location. Firstly Adrianna, great customer service and patience! Took the time to help me and stay with me until help arrived. Ms. Sylvia Is a manager here and came to assist Ms. Adrianna with a huge warming smile on her face. They addressed the situation and handled us with care! Kudos to Mr. Kendrick who was also very helpful and dedicated to making customers feel whole. Big thank you to all of the staff as well, everyone was very nice and friendly. Energy was great and my kids had a blast! Thanks again everyone!

  Thank you Angelic for great service and hospitality. The building is so nice and clean. I brought my work staff in for a night of fun and we enjoyed it so much. It was a lot of us and I thank you for taking your time and getting our order right and telling us about the combo meal to play games. We will definitely come back again.
