We came here to watch the US vs. Bosnia game. We ordered our food at 7:15 p.m., but by 8:55 p.m. it still hadn't arrived, so we had no choice but to leave without eating.
The staff seemed completely overwhelmed. I also ordered a beer, and it was served in a cracked and chipped glass. It took another 40 minutes for them to bring a replacement.
To make matters worse, we asked to speak with a manager, but no one ever came. We were told the manager was too busy in the kitchen cooking.
Hopefully they can get things under control, but based on our experience, I would not recommend coming here for food. If you're just looking to play games, it might be worth a visit, but I'd stay clear of the restaurant side.

Yesterday was our second visit there. The first one wasn't that impressive. First time we ordered the slider, wings and fries plater. We asked the server to make sure that the fries are hot out of the fryer. My husband had the Cajun pasta. Unfortunately, the fries were barely warm. The pasta wasn't hot either. We did bring it to Managers attention. She appreciated the feedback, especially being a new establishment. Well yesterday same issue barely warm fries. Brought it to the bartenders attention. Her responds was "let me see what I can do for you" WHAT? Got another order of fries. Same issue, now I'm done.
Had to pay Xtra for mayo! Wanted the house wine and my husband wanted beer. Was told that both selections are out at the moment!
Also, why are prices not listed on the drink menu? I don't think we will be back any time soon! So sad I thought this would be a cool place to hang out at.

First time at this location and certainly not the last! Overall, everyone was very kind and accommodating upon arrival. Our server, Karson, was especially attentive and made sure we were well taken care of at all times despite how busy it was at the time. She certainly brought the fun and helped make the experience that much more enjoyable. I hope to have her as a server again next time I dine in. Though pricy, each food item we ordered was delicious. The bone-in classic buffalo wings were delicious and just the right amount of spicy, the buster's bacon burger was cooked just the way I requested and tasted delicious, and the fries that came with both orders were yummy even without sauce. The atmosphere was great, the games were fun, and I am so glad this location has opened up nearby!

Wow, wow! We absolutely loved Dave & Buster's! First of all, it's much closer to my house since I live in Rosenberg, which was a huge plus. Second, the customer service was amazing. Our server, Dance, was fantastic! Even though it was very busy because it was Sunday and the games were half-price, she always had a smile on her face and made sure our table was taken care of.
We were celebrating my nephew's 17th birthday, and everyone had an amazing time. The games were so much fun—especially the ice-making machine game! 😂 We couldn't stop laughing.
Most importantly, we made wonderful memories together. We'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Dave & Buster's to anyone looking for great food, fun games, and excellent customer service! 😊🎉

We Visited the place with a voucher for all‑you‑can‑eat wings — first off, the wings were delicious and their choice of sauces were decent; however, the voucher we actually had to pay for, mind you. The first order showed up an hour later. Two orders were wrong, so we sent them back. The second round of wings took over another hour to reach our table.
By then we were no longer hungry and definitely pissed off, so we asked for a box to go. Our server said, “Sorry, no to‑go boxes with these specials.” I said, “After making us wait two hours for wings, give me the darn box.” She complied.
The place is super noisy (expected), but what wasn’t expected was seeing about ten workers standing around where an expeditor should be, doing absolutely nothing — laughing, singing, just vibing while the kitchen crawled. No one took the initiative to move things along.
The only person who knew anything about the vouchers was the manager, and she treated us very nicely. But I’m shocked the servers weren’t told, “Hey, this is happening tonight. You’ll see vouchers. Here’s how they work.” Not a single server knew what was going on. They were clueless.
Sad, sad sad
