From the moment my mom, 3 kids and I walked in we were nicely greeted! All the workers were so kind and helpful. The music was a bit loud, but we sat outside. The food did come pretty quickly. I would say we waited maybe 10 minutes or less. This was around 10:45/11am. Our orders were all done correctly. Most of us ordered the pick 2 with a sandwich and soup. I was a little scared to come here due to the bad reviews, but I am so happy we did give it a try. The food wasn’t super amazing wonderful, but it was good. For us 5, our total was $70ish dollars. That’s 3 half sandwiches w/soup & a baguette, 1 whole sandwich with chips, and 1 mac and cheese with chips. We got 4 drinks -I shared with one of my kids. We may not come here often bc of the price, but we did enjoy the meal!

Took 45 minutes to get my food out which was just a sandwich and a fruit cup. They told me they were out of fruit cups 30 minutes into waiting and I had to resort to something else.

Never coming back to this location again. Waited 30 minutes, they were out, supposedly, would take an additional 10 minutes to make scrambled eggs and I had to resort to just white eggs, out of oatmeal but then it was found miraculously, and everyone seems to stand around twiddling their thumbs.

Food takes a while sometimes but the music is so loud and whoever made that playlist needs to be fired.

I’m pissed. Me and a lot of other customers waited near an hour for our food and workers had no explanation as to why it was taking so long. They were legit standing around…be so fr. AND my Mac and cheese cup wasn’t even full. Maybe im greedy but i was starving.
