  Waited over 45 minutes for a pizza that they gave to someonevelsebthen tried twice to give me a personal pan pan pizza, the when I got my pizza it was a pan crust not a hand tossed crust. Worst Pizza Hut I've ever been to

  Waited 50 min for a simple 8 pc boneless wing with spiced garlic. Made every excuse when I asked for refund. Order taken at 1:12 pm. Asked for refund at 1:55pm. Refund not given for I told them I tired of excuses and to keep money for I have to return to work and don’t have time. No excuse was worthy.

  -AC is broken or defective inside. -Improper food handling proceedures. Cashier touches objects like phone, money, POS device then handles food products without washing hands. -Excessive flys inside establishment, dining area and also food preperation area. -Employeea are not cleaning the dining area specifically tables after customers dine in. - Cashier puts money directly from the till to her pocket.(maybe she is the owner or manager, but still unprofessional. Please review cameras 06/17/26 @ 6:10PM.) -Customers are vaping inside establishment direcly infront staff. - i won't be back and I'll be making a complaint to the texas health department.
