  -AC is broken or defective inside. -Improper food handling proceedures. Cashier touches objects like phone, money, POS device then handles food products without washing hands. -Excessive flys inside establishment, dining area and also food preperation area. -Employeea are not cleaning the dining area specifically tables after customers dine in. - Cashier puts money directly from the till to her pocket.(maybe she is the owner or manager, but still unprofessional. Please review cameras 06/17/26 @ 6:10PM.) -Customers are vaping inside establishment direcly infront staff. - i won't be back and I'll be making a complaint to the texas health department.

  Didn't get the food was declined service at 7:30. didn't even ask if we had a mobil order we had to tell them we already did then they helped us. After that they told us they didn't have personal size pizza but wouldnt supplement it for medium even though it is on them. One last thing they have two location for the same building is that to separate all your bad customer service review so people from out of town don't see the truth lol. Pizza hut fix this crap
