  This Sonic is a hot mess 1st food is cold when given to you I once order mozzarella sticks and they was cold Then they always have one person working at night and they be on their phone (how I know I walked up to the window and instead of working she on her phone and the line is wrapped around the building) The reason I walked to the window because after placing my order at 9:35 for just a cup of ice I pulled up to the check in for the app Put number 4 and waited and waited and waited nothing it is 9:45 now I back up pull in to the speaker push red button she say only drive thru orders I said no I'm waiting because I checked in with the app She didn't reply I waited I called nobody picked up I called again nothing I'm now annoyed because I have to be to work for 10pm I placed my order at 9:35 pulled up at 9:40pm checked in and nothing I walked to the window I asked the car waiting can I step in front and she hand me ice no I'm sorry for keeping you waiting nothing like wth This the 2nd time I placed an ordered and nobody responds to the app check in You either have to walk to window or go through the drive thru and tell them you placed an order with the app and y'all not bringing it out

  They are always on top of things! I've been coming here for years! Staff members, Laura and Merlin, are amazing!! My food is always fresh and just how I ordered it. Thank you ladies!

  They are so slow when they’re serving you need to wait at least 15 min if your order is ready.
