  Ordered drinks for my shop, ordered off the mobile app came out super fast. I have no complaints. Jori gave me some extra peppermints so she’s goated for that.

  This has to be the worst Sonic EVER!! It took 20 minutes to get a bag of ice and there were only 2 other cars there.

  Rude customer service. As a regular customer at three different locations, I'm very much aware of the difference between fresh ice and ice served from the front. I asked this individual at the drive through order stand for a cup of fresh ice from the back. He told me it was all the same. I said, "It is not. I would like the fresh ice from the back." Again he repeats, it's all the same. I pull up and as I'm waiting for my ice, which I will admit didn't take that long, I look at the reviews and see that this place always has a problem. And I see why. You have kids running a place who have no custom service skills. I asked to see my ice, I popped the top to see clearly it's not the fresh ice. I politely gave it back and let him know that as a location who has multiple bad reviews you would think that they would want to improve their customer service skills. I think that went in one ear and out the other. So good luck to the next customer.

  This sonic really sucks drove 15min to go eat and they say they dont accept card payment on top that the customer service sucks how you gonna run a business with no proper restroom restrooms are locked out soon yeah bummer
