I would like to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service we received at Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen. Our server, Brian Williams, did an exceptional job from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, professional, neat, and very presentable. His eye contact, attentiveness, and overall customer service truly reflected a family-owned business that operates with class, pride, and care.
Oftentimes customers are quick to complain and seldom take the time to speak highly of excellent service received, but Brian absolutely deserves recognition. His hospitality and professionalism made our dining experience enjoyable and memorable.
I would also like to acknowledge Manager Travis, who was very personable and welcoming as well. His presence and interaction with guests did not go unnoticed.
Chris and Harris Pappas would truly be proud to have representatives like Brian and Travis leading and serving with such excellence, professionalism, and genuine care for customers.
Thank you all for providing such exceptional customer service and representing the Pappas brand with class.

I wanted to take a moment to share our recent experience during a late lunch visit. Its been a while that we have been back to this location, due to a bad experience from several years ago, but we decided to head back and give it another try. While the food and drinks were enjoyable, I feel compelled to express my concerns regarding the level of customer service we received. Upon arrival, it seemed to take an unusually long time for anyone to acknowledge our presence, with multiple bartenders merely looking at us without offering menus or taking our drink orders. Then one bartender finally approached us, but her demeanor suggested that we were more of an inconvenience than customers deserving of attentive service.
We chose to stay and enjoy our meal, hoping for an improvement in service, and there were brief moments of pleasant interaction. However, the overall impression was that we were not prioritized as customers, especially given the relatively quiet atmosphere at the bar.
Additionally, I find it quite annoying when other people engage in loud phone conversations or FaceTime calls while dining. It can greatly diminish the experience for others who are trying to enjoy their meal or conversation in a respectful environment.
I believe restaurants should set standards regarding other people conduct at the bar that could greatly enhance the dining experience for everyone.

I was there a few days ago dining in with my friends and had a great time, we sat at the booths and our server was wonderful she was so patient with all of us, but I do have to give my experience a three star because while I was eating I heard a few of the hostess talking to eachother which was reasonable as we sat behind the host stand and It caught my attention as their conversation followed some pretty racist remarks about one of the hostess hair I just tought it was pretty rude and unprofessional other than food was great

We went in at 9;00 pm. The host were discussing about putting a table together for 11. Then the host comes and says it will be a 30 minute wait. I knew well that it wouldn't be 30 mins so I stayed. It was 10 minutes. I think that they wanted us to leave. Then they separate our tables , which was cool. So a young man proceeds to put water on the tables, then he brings bread and butter. We though that would be the only interaction with him because he did not introduce himself. Je then proceeds to take our order. Both tables had the same interaction. We felt as though he was mad because we came in at that time.
OAN.. the food was really good. Hot and fresh..I thought 9:00pm wasn't bad. Now if it was 9:30 pm, I would definitely sympathize.

Wow! Wow. Wooooowwwwwwwww. I had the best Easter.... that should have folded and exploded if it wasn't for this RESTAURANT RIGHT HERE!!!!
STORYTIME: My husband really wanted to see one of his besties he has been catching up with and wanted to swing by. As a woman... with 3 kids, you just don't "stop by" on Easter with out prep. I wouldn't have had tome to prep enough food. So I call his friends wife and say... hey 👋 Easter dinner on us at Papadeux... she's from out of the country... in 10 years she and her family have Never eaten out.... we reserve a table of 10. Then my husband starts to feel his planning skills and adds another family! After waiting 45 mins for a table... I thought he would just realize... uou just don't walk in on EASTER and expect to be seated. The 2nd family comes... making my group now a party of 16!!!!!!!
This restaurant did not turn their nose up at our Shenanigans! They accommodated us and the many kids under 10. The manager (tall red head) was so amazing. They sent waiters over every 10- 15 mins.... every one was full. Seated and merry!!!! Thank you guys... (literally 3 guys and 3 gals servers) you all just gained a spot in heaven!!!
