  Update: My fries were cold and they forgot the straws. Told the guy and he didn’t care at all and offered nothing. Unfortunately this has become more frequent each time I go to any McDonalds. Luckily this will be the last review I ever have to give them b/c I’d rather drive 10 minutes out of my way to chick fila or anywhere else that at least looks like they give a damn about service or their job. Had to switch lines after I was put on hold at speaker after the other lane had 5 cars go through. Now currently waiting 15 minutes in a parking spot for them to bring out a happy meal and cheeseburger meal. Ridiculous. Not asking for much, just consistency. Smdh

  Literally horrible! I went to this location on 5/13/2026 around 6:30pm, I got some chicken nuggets which were stale they weren’t good at all!! , 2 Hot&Spicy and 2 Caramel Frappes. Keep in mind I’ve never had a problem with their food just the service they’ve provided but other than that I’m still loyal to go to them whenever I want McDonald’s. As I’m starting to drink my Caramel frappe a bit of plastic comes up to my mouth, I didn’t think anything of it I believed it was because the cup had plastic residue , WRONG!! As I’m getting to the bottom of my caramel frappe 2 BIG CHUNKS of plastic comes up to my mouth where it is crazy, I”ll be taking this situation to Texas Health Department. Do better McDonald’s.

  When making my payment through the drive though, the Manager Wallace I believe reprimanded an employee in front of me. I feel he could have at least waited for me, the customer to finish my payment or the window was closed.

  This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, im at the drive thru while typing this they take so long for no reason, got so many teenagers working there always putting cars to park & wait for 20+ minutes, white girl almost gave me the food without my drinks when the receipt literally had the drinks written there they never double check anything just dump stuff in there, this is not the first or second or third time im so done with this place! It needs to be shut down.

  if I could give zero stars I would everytime I go here the employees are rude they don’t greet you. Today was last straw this lady at the drive thru window had us waiting for more than 5 minutes in the drive thru there where no cars in front of us she never greeted us and we ended up pulling up to the window. As we are pulling up she is having a conversation with one of the employee mean while we are waiting to place our order. I’m pregnant and the only thing we wanted to order was a chicken biscuit. Shouldn’t have taken that long. My husband said good morning and no answer he also said thank you and was just ignore. McDonald’s do better hire the right people not people who always wake up on the wrong side of the bed and only go for a check
