  We had such an amazing time at Main Event Stafford celebrating a birthday! From the moment we walked in, the young ladies who greeted us were so warm, welcoming, and kind. The atmosphere was fun, upbeat, family-friendly, and just full of good energy from start to finish. It really made for the perfect place to celebrate and create memories together. And I especially want to recognize Christian he truly went above and beyond to make our experience special. His professionalism, kindness, attentiveness, and positive attitude stood out the entire time we were there. He made some food recommendations for us, including the wings, and he was absolutely right the food was surprisingly good ! The wings were flavorful, fresh, and definitely a hit with our group. Great customer service is rare these days, and Christian genuinely made our family and guests feel valued and taken care of. Thank you to the entire Main Event Stafford team for helping create such a fun, memorable experience for us and the Birthday boy we came to celebrate! We left smiling, full of joy, and already talking about coming back. Please make sure Christian and the front team get the recognition they deserve!

  Service is severely lacking. Understaffed. If not for that, everything else is good. After 45 minutes at the bar waiting to get served and being passed over by two different employees for other people, ill give someone else my money.

  Brought my granddaughter here with family to celebrate her birthday, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The customer service was rude, unhelpful, and the employees seemed more focused on talking and having fun with each other at the other end of the counter than assisting customers.What upset me the most was the attitude given to my granddaughter when she simply asked for instructions for the laser tag. She was made to feel like she was an inconvenience instead of a paying guest there to enjoy her birthday. I also completed the feedback redemption right there in front of the employee, and she immediately told me it was invalid even though I had literally just submitted it. She then let out a loud sigh and yelled across the counter for someone else to help me.For the amount of money we spent, the level of customer service we received was completely unacceptable and honestly took away from what should have been a special celebration for my granddaughter.

  Celebrated my son's 10th b'day here. First (and last) time doing a party with Main Event and it was somewhat different considering experiences like C E cheese and U air.. the assigned party hosts are not as engaged or involved here. She was very polite and helpful, something was just missing in the interaction. The kids only get $10 for play on the game card to start. They run through that which I realize the place has to make it's money but geez. Birthday kids get a 500 point card. The laser tag room needs to be updated. Pizza was greasy. The kids had a great time and that's what's important. I just prefer a little more quality for the buck. For the price there aren't enough perks to do a party package.

  Omg it was so bad like we were waiting for the waiter and she never came we were waiting for like 15 minutes so we want up to get the drink by ourselves and we were waiting for another 15 minutes and it was so hot we literally tried to fan ourselves and the drinks were so bad they were brown do not go the sherry temple you will regret it the bowling alley was so bad it was stopping like wine we started the second I walked into the main event it smelled so bad . Star do not come to main event do not waste your money on this trust me if you want to have a good time go yo Dave and busters !!!!
