  I placed online order for 6:45, I arrived earlier and the cashier at the window acted as if I committed a cardinal sin. She let me know that the time 6:30 and rolled her eyes while walking away, very rude and unprofessional

  I remember why I stopped going to Jimmy Johnsons and started going to Jersey Mike's. Because you get charged $12 for a sandwich that has 2 of the thinnest slices of Turkey put on a sandwich and the rest is just vegetables that is ridiculous. I might as well have just got the veggie sub.

  I do not normally eat at Jimmy Johns, but today I wanted to try something different. I ordered online, expecting to pick it up and bring it back to the office. When I walked in, I was promptly greeted by everyone behind the counter and had no problem finding my order. The smell of fresh food and the cool AC prompted me to take a seat and enjoy my sandwich. Now some places don't like that, so I asked the young man behind the counter who smiled and said "that's what the tables are for". I got the Roast Beef and Cheddar. It was made exactly as I ordered and it was GOOD!

  I have a gluten allergy and stopped by Jimmy John's today to order an Unwich. When I arrived, I could see an employee on her phone behind the counter. As soon as I walked in, she put her phone down, rolled her eyes, and did not greet me. When I asked for an Unwich, she told me they were out of lettuce and could not make one. While I understand that items can run out, her attitude was unprofessional, and there was no apology or attempt to accommodate my dietary restriction. I expect better customer service from Jimmy John's and wanted to share my experience.

  Just got home. I ordered a number 16 club lulu get home there is no bacon on it at all. My daughter got just the turkey tom. No lettuce no tomato. I opened it up and it had all of it still on the sandwich. They did make my husband's correct. This isn't the first time and we spend over 40 dollars for sandwiches that we anticipate are going to be correct. My Daughter-in-law won't even touch the sandwich. She eats very few things due to Afid so it's even more frustrating when it happens.
