- RRRUBEN5 days ago1.0I’m a very regular customer at this Chipotle location, and unfortunately, the lack of customer service here seems to be a recurring issue. I walked in today around 3:44 PM, and the restaurant was completely empty. I stood at the counter for at least five minutes without being acknowledged. During that time, about three employees walked past me, including the manager, Laura, who passed by twice without greeting me or even acknowledging that I was waiting. Eventually, the employee working the food line came over and asked what I wanted, but the entire interaction felt very unwelcoming and indifferent. I’m not expecting employees to have a full conversation with me or ask how my day is going. However, a simple “Hello,” “Welcome,” or “We’ll be right with you” is basic customer service, especially when the restaurant is completely empty and employees are walking directly past a customer waiting to be served. As someone who comes here regularly, I’ve noticed this same type of energy on multiple visits. I really hope management works on improving the customer service and overall atmosphere because customers should at least feel acknowledged and welcomed when they walk into the restaurant.

Therefore I added modifications to the “restaurant notes” section. Arrived via drive thru. Was going to inform the 1st young lady of said modifications only to be cut off with an attitude “YOUR ORDER IS FOR 1:30pm theyre making it!” Ooop uhh ok Received the order. I asked the 2nd young lady “may I please have 2 sour creams and 2 green salsas. My apologies GrubHub doesn’t allow modifications”…. “YOU HAVE TO GET EVERYTHING ON THE BOWL” was her response. Then not to mentioned both bowls ordered had barely any chicken and the green salsas were EXTREMELY watery. This is why stopped coming to this location in the first place.
