  This Chipotle is so ghetto, they put a keypad lock on the bathroom. The bathroom has more security than the front door. 😆

  I just picked up an order this morning and my whole bowl was cold. I called them up and told them so they made me another one but the Hispanic female in the front taking orders wearing glasses tried telling me if I wanted less veggies bc the food is at temp so its warm! I explained its the actual food bc the rice was clumsy and cold and the meat was cold. And she continued to try and disagree with me. So she made me another and gave me my food without a thankyou or anything wlvery cold, rude and unpleasant! I even left a tip that I wish i didn't! But my second food was now warm. But there was no reason to be defensive! If you dont like your job then quit!

  Great costumer service by Monica she was very respectful as soon as she seen me she didn’t wait instead greeted me with kindness and was very polite and I really appreciated her patience of taking orders instead of rushing me she was very genuine on getting my order right and was well oriented very great employee.

  I picked my daughter pick order by drive thru. Employee took forever to come to the pick up window but looked directly out the window at first and took her time to come. I asked the lady if I can have a small container of sour cream. She replied with an attitude and said I would have to pay extra and come inside since I ordered a kids meal. I went inside with my daughter mind you I ordered pick up and just came from swim class. Proceeds to charge me $1.73 for a side of sour cream which I never paid for maybe it is just this location. Now my daughter has cold food and rice was very hard meaning has been sitting for a while. I will not be returning to this location have a blessed day.

  Chipotle as an entire corporation does not value customer nor customer service so no wonder why their employees are so nasty and lack competent skills of implementing quality customer service care to their consumers. Went to this location around March (mind you I am almost 8 months pregnant at the time) therefore I ordered my food on the app. There was a discrepancy with a reward that I was trying to get and the employee was not willing to accommodate me what so ever therefore I simply asked for a refund. The employees there were very rude and curt with their responses basically because I was upset after being inconvenienced and told me because I ordered my food on the app that I would have to call the customer service number to get a refund in which I did and the customer service representative basically hung up and on me without resolving anything and referred me to the survey portion of the call. I disputed the amount with my bank and the people at this location lied and told them I picked up the food when I left the food with them, asked for a refund and they played dumb like they didn't know how to do it, and went down the street to chick fil a the same night and got food for me and my child after being inconvenienced. So basically I had to fill out a complaint with the better business bureau. Luckily it was only $15 and not anything major but I can guarantee I will never spend another dime at any chipotle because they hire these young people at these jobs and there's no sense of quality customer service or respect for that matter. This is the second incident where I've had to file a complaint due to lack of customer service and professionalism.
