  Chipotle as an entire corporation does not value customer nor customer service so no wonder why their employees are so nasty and lack competent skills of implementing quality customer service care to their consumers. Went to this location around March (mind you I am almost 8 months pregnant at the time) therefore I ordered my food on the app. There was a discrepancy with a reward that I was trying to get and the employee was not willing to accommodate me what so ever therefore I simply asked for a refund. The employees there were very rude and curt with their responses basically because I was upset after being inconvenienced and told me because I ordered my food on the app that I would have to call the customer service number to get a refund in which I did and the customer service representative basically hung up and on me without resolving anything and referred me to the survey portion of the call. I disputed the amount with my bank and the people at this location lied and told them I picked up the food when I left the food with them, asked for a refund and they played dumb like they didn't know how to do it, and went down the street to chick fil a the same night and got food for me and my child after being inconvenienced. So basically I had to fill out a complaint with the better business bureau. Luckily it was only $15 and not anything major but I can guarantee I will never spend another dime at any chipotle because they hire these young people at these jobs and there's no sense of quality customer service or respect for that matter. This is the second incident where I've had to file a complaint due to lack of customer service and professionalism.

  Terrible. Chipotle is falling off. The rice to meat portion is terrible barely get any meat. Then it’s always other stuff mixed in my bowl i didn’t ask for. The little meat i did get has fat.

  The only variable here is the portion sizes, it varries as per the mood of the server, sometimes its a portion that is enough for a proper meal and sometimes its worthy of just half a meal and its evident when u see the portion when you get a burrito bowl, I wish they had standard portions so we knew what we were getting into when we order food online.

  Hey executives at Chipotle! Make it possible for the staff to do a quesadilla order in person please. It’s ridiculous you’ve made it online only, and you’ve eliminated the option for the staff to even check you out. This is very anti consumer and it puts your employees in the line of fire for potentially angry customers. Anti-consumer, anti-employee bull all for the sake of shaving off a few seconds of time? Dumb. The staff at this location was wonderful. 🫶 5 stars for the food preparation, cleanliness, service and speed!
