  Food hit or miss some days.. sonetimes fresh sometimes burnt or overcooked... employees still act like they have to pay for the protein.. smh... why not just give us a full portion of protein on the 1st scoop so we dont have 2 argue about more !!!

  The person serving the food today at 3:50 acts like they are charging her the food when she scoops. Hardly puts any of the items on it and you have to ask for double of almost anything because when she scoops it’s not a full scoop but a half of the scoop and when you ask to put more she put half of the half of the scoop. Is chipotle charging her if she serves a full scoop or what? I’ll likely go to the one closer to first colony now. Also no one is wearing name badges.

  Whoever the manager is at this location needs to be fired. I was treated very poorly by the manager. I just wanted a burrito and left not wanting to eat anything. I went in and ordered my burrito with the toppings I wanted and I guess the lady wrapping my burrito couldn’t wrap it so she asked if I wanted it double wrapped. I said yes out of pure instinct but I didn’t want it double wrapped I just wanted it normal. But there was a line and my anxiety kicked in so I kept my mouth shut and payed. I waited for the line to die down so that I could make a request to remake my food. When I asked one of the staff members she asked her manager and her manager said that if she asked me if I wanted it double wrapped to which I stepped in and said yes I did say that I wanted it double wrapped but it was a mistake. She responded with a very nasty attitude saying that I had wasted her time and her food. I felt appalled and very disrespected and at that point I lost my appetite. She started to try to rush me to remake my order and I said no I would like a refund. When I asked for her name she would not give it but when I asked for a manager she stated that she is the manager. So as a manager she represent this establishment and she could not even provide her name. On the receipt it says the host name is Kelly so I don’t know if this is her name or the name of a fellow cashier. But this lady needs to learn how to treat people with a little bit of respect and not chastise a customer for making a mistake while ordering their food. Hopefully nobody else has to deal with this horrible customer service.

  Closing hours are questionable or should be put down to 10:00pm Went in on one occasion at 10:40pm , no protein left beside carnitas.. Okay no problem its late. A week later today I decided to go in at 10:00pm an hour before posted closing time, half scoop of chicken available and asked for the remaining half scoop of honey chipotle chicken to fill in the rest of the scoop since there was no meats available.. still got charged $4 additional to what looked like the normal serving. 20 minutes left to close I can understand I work service too, but an hour left to close and the place looks ready to close might as well cut the hours down.

  We don't usually go to this Chipotle location but today we did out of convenience. Unfortunately it does not live up to the other locations. The meat was very bland today and our burrito bowls overall tasted kind of watery and tasteless. And the portions were smaller. It was unusual for Chipotle.
