- TTTamiaAug 27, 20261.0I usually go to This chipotle quite often as it’s next to my job this is the first time I’ve ever had such an issue and I just felt like other people needed to know about this. Hopefully this reaches the corporate office but whoever was on the line around 130 to 1:40 PM today he was really rude. I’ve never had somebody question me on my order for food that I’m paying for I requested two protein cups as I’m on a cut for health reasons, I can’t eat certain things so I asked for one cup to have a protein of my choice and I asked for the other cup to have rice in it. He proceeded to let me know that the protein cups are only for proteins and I said that’s fine. It’s OK I’ll do a side of rice. He said no we can still put it in a protein cup. It will charge you the full price. I said that’s fine. He proceeded to just shake his head and ask me what type of rice I wanted I said white because I couldn’t fully hear him and I guess he couldn’t hear me. He had a attitude and just kept questioning why I needed the protein cups, which was a first for me because why would you care what my order is and then after I paid for my order I proceeded to get extremely stale rice that was hard. One hell of an experience never again

I’m usually here at lunch (around 12p) and it gets packed but the team move so quickly you’ll be in and out in no time. Massive parking lot so there’s always a spot. I get the veggie bowl here which basically all the fresh items.
