  ChicfilA Employee Gustavo's behavior out of control in the drivethru lanes. He was conrinuously yelling and stuck his finger in my face through my open car window. He then went to the next lane amd physically grabbed another customer's arm, that customer firmly told him to "dont touch me". An effecient moving drive thru line is understandable, but bullying, ferocious behavior, and physical assault is NOT okay. I reported this and the manager did nothing.

  No point in ordering ahead because the line is long and others get their order before yours …. And a worker chatting with a customer and exchanging personal info doesn’t make it any better

  Really disappointing experience. I called corporate ahead of time, and they advised me to contact the location directly to confirm they could fulfill a catering order when a item was not available in the catering menu. I did exactly that, and Jessica was the one who answered the phone. Over the phone, I tried to place a large catering order. I started by asking to add a breakfast chicken bowl, but before I could explain the rest of the order, I was told that this line was only for big orders and that I should call back in the morning. I didn’t even get the chance to finish explaining that I *was* placing a large order. The whole interaction felt dismissive and poorly communicated, especially after I had already called ahead and followed corporate’s guidance. I hope this location improves how they handle customer calls, because this experience was frustrating and a waste of time.

  I visited the Chic‑Fil‑A at [12161 Southwest fwy Stafford tx 77477] on 04/09/2026 during the lunch hour (approx. [time]). I ordered the New Promotion Sandwich but was given the wrong item. Because I had to return to work I could not bring the order back. I called the store and spoke with the manager, Peyton. He was rude, hung up twice, and kept me on hold for 10–15 minutes before speaking. When I asked for the corporate number and for help resolving the incorrect order, he was hesitant and unhelpful. I’ve been a customer and have never experienced service like this. I would like a replacement for the missed promotional sandwich or a refund for the order, and I want this manager’s conduct reviewed so other customers don’t face the same treatment.
