- ARAlex R6 days ago1.0PLASTIC IN SOUP: picked up lunch through the drive thru earlier this week and ordered 2 large soups. They were out of the large cups and gave us 4 small soups instead. While eating the second cup of soup, I felt something really chewy in my mouth. Took it out and was able to unfold it. It was plastic!! I tried to call the this location and the call went to "chick-fil-la cares". I explained everything to them and they took my information and said that they would notify this location and they would email me. I asked if i should just take the soup back but was told it would be handled via email. 2 days past and nothing, so I sent a follow up email and was basically told they would follow up with them or I could contact the store directly, which is what I originally tried to do. I guess chick fil la does not care that plastic was found in their food and the way it was originally folded someone could have choked on it. Smh. I even sent pictures with my follow up.

Everyone is new since the building reopened, nobody knows what they are doing, building was remodeled to open a 3rd drive through lane, but now they keep all lanes closed except for one creating huge car jams. What used to take 5 minutes or less, now takes 15-25 minutes during lunch hour. It is mindboggling how bad service got at this location, do yourselves a favor and pick another spot to eat from the countless options opening across the street.
