The food was really good, and the service was even better. The employee Brittany was really patient with me, I was such in a rush to get to work and stumbling over my words but helped me and explained what they had and told me what would taste good together.
I still have some left over from work and I can't wait to eat the rest of it but honestly it had made my day. She didn't dismiss me at all and genuinely seemed happy to make my food, she even complemented me. Cava you never disappoint, food and customer service always on point🩵
My experience at cava was beyond what I expected.
The recent day that I went, the food was really good, beyond my expectations. Not only this, but the staff was very nice and welcoming especially a young girl and not only that despite it being my first time at cava she helped me with my order and told me all the menu items without complaint.

Mamagment you have amazing food, staff especially the sweetest girl with piercings. We need to understand that hard working girls who serve the public have it hard. Eusebia Avila just wanted a free meal the pictures show no mean confrontation only her serving and awaiting for answers. So young lady of the piercing chin up and I give you a 10 not a 5 a 10. That place is super nice.

I had an extremely disturbing experience at CAVA on June 6, 2026, around 12:56 PM during lunch. I am leaving this review because what my friend and I experienced was completely unacceptable and deserves immediate attention from corporate.
One of the female employees, identifiable by the two piercings on her left cheek, displayed some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. From the moment we approached, she had an aggressive and hostile attitude. When we politely asked simple questions regarding pricing, she repeatedly snapped at us, spoke with obvious irritation, and made passive-aggressive remarks that felt intentionally disrespectful and belittling.
There was absolutely no justification for the way we were treated. We were calm, respectful customers simply trying to understand menu pricing, yet we were met with hostility, attitude, and blatant disrespect. Her behavior was not just rude, it was confrontational and created an incredibly uncomfortable environment.
This reflects very poorly on this location’s management, training, and leadership. If employees feel comfortable treating customers this way in broad daylight during a busy lunch rush, then there is clearly a serious lack of accountability. Corporate needs to investigate this location immediately and address the culture being tolerated here. No paying customer should ever leave feeling humiliated for asking basic questions. I will not be returning.

I had a horrible experience at CAVA today (June 6, 2026) during lunch around 12:56 PM. One of the female employees, identifiable by the two piercings on her left cheek, displayed extremely poor customer service.
While my friend and I were simply asking basic questions about menu pricing, she responded with a rude, dismissive attitude. She repeatedly snapped at us and made passive-aggressive remarks that were completely unnecessary and unprofessional. We felt uncomfortable and unwelcome the entire interaction.
Customer service matters just as much as food quality, and no customer should be treated this way for asking simple questions. Management seriously needs to address staff professionalism and ensure customers are treated with basic respect. Very disappointing experience, especially during what should have been a quick lunch break.
