  I had such an amazing experience today. This is one of the very first few times I been here. Janelly served me and her customer service was excellent! Respectful, welcoming and so so sweet. she even put my meal on the house. For the first few times I been here, this is definitely my favorite cava because of janelly at the Stafford location. Thank you janelly for working so hard!

  Really enjoyed CAVA! The food was fresh and everything tasted really good. The staff was also super nice and helpful, which made the experience even better. I liked that you can customize your bowl and get exactly what you’re feeling. Definitely coming back again!

  Every time I come to this location I'm unhappy. I've let it go each time because I don't like to give bad reviews, but this location has a cook that is lazy and negligent, and argumentative. The first time I ate here, the flavor was great but the next day I'd gotten sick with upset stomach and had to reschedule my entire day. Of course I thought it was a one off experience, but the second time I came the salmon was overcooked and I'd gotten sick again. Although I said I would never visit again, I tried them one last time. This time, I ordered a braised lamb bowl and returned to the restaurant because the lentil beans were too hard. Since they were throughout the bowl, I wanted another bowl remade without the beans. The cook was eating something out of a bag and while eating he said "lentils are supposed to be a little hard". Absolutely not. I gave the bean to the young lady and she also couldn't squish the lentil. I dipped back into the bowl and the bean bounced on the table. Then I hear him say "maybe some people are use to lentils. It's no point in remaking the bowl if it's the same lentils". This was insulting. Don't assume I would have a bowl remade with the same ingredients I complained about. So I asked him if he was the manger and he rolled his eyes at me and told the employee to just make my bowl again. The young lady informed me that he wasn't, but when I asked his name he refused to give it to me. I asked for the manager and grabbed my phone out of the car. When I came back in the manager Kimmy was laughing with him making statements as if she had been debriefed and chose to be supportive of his decision not to share his name. Then I asked her his name and she said, "I'm not sharing that" as if she was in full agreement with his stance on the issue. While Kimmy remade my bowl, I asked if the new lamb was ready and he yells "it's not a lamb bowl. She didn't order that!". She immediately corrected him to tell him I did. I couldn't take it anymore. I asked for a refund and left. Since I can't post the video I'll at least give you a heads up about the employee. If you see him, expect there to be an issue.
