  Unfortunately , I witnessed a manager get snappy with an older customer after they messed up the customer's order. At first the manager was decent, but when the customer came back with the receipt and told the manager the employee rung her order up correctly and the receipt was correct, so don't fuss at the guy who took her order, the manager got defensive. It was very surprising and unprofessional. The manager looked middle aged, so I was really caught off guard that she overreacted to what was supposed to be a helpful/ kind gesture from a customer whose order had gotten messed up. 😕 My food was ready when I arrived (mobile order) and it was correct and tasted great. The restaurant including the restroom was clean and a nice environment to eat in. But that exchange really soured me. Maybe the manager was having tough day. We all have them. She seemed to be good at coaching the employee as I saw her asking them to recall the proper way to handle a complaint. (Before the snappiness occurred. ) But the teachable moment became a bad example rather quickly.

  This location always has terrible quality food. I go regularly for lunch at "lunch time"and have never once gotten fresh food. I usually get chalupas and the shells are cold and stale with a soggy inside from sitting on a rack. Not sure why this is standard practice for Taco Bell as I get this experience at seemingly every one except for Lake Worth who usually has soft warm shells that were just fried. Overall, garbage food too begin with, but it not being remotely fresh makes it frustrating. I also live minutes away, so it's not a commute issue as I've dined in and had the same experience. August 21, 2026 Another day, another failure by employees. Purchased a $9 luxe box and subbed the Naked Chicken Chalupa for a Beef Supreme Chalupa with no tomato. Ended up getting a Naked Chicken Chalupa with lettuce, tomato, and cheese... No beef, no chicken.

  Was in the drive thru for 50 minutes! About 10 minutes in line and then it was my turn to order. At that point I was stuck with cars in front of me and behind. After ordering, I waited another 40 minutes to get the food. No apologies for the wait, no concern for the customers at all. How could it possibly take this long?? Had I known they would be so slow I would have gone elsewhere. Taco Bell is not worth waiting almost an hour!!!

  Customers leaving due to long waits time. Customers stuck in drive through for 30 minutes coming in reasturant because they are trapped an can't leave. Just too common to have long wait time here. Fed up!
