Then watched them make food for 5 people who had just walked in before they started my order. Then stopped and had a conversation for another 5 minutes right after they toasted my sub. Long enough for the bread to get hard and the meatballs to get cold. Unorganized and unprofessional. Acknowledged how long I had been waiting with a sarcastic comment. Then apologized for being "unprofessional" in her own words, and then offered me A cookie like it was going to heat up my food and make it all better. I Looked at the overcooked unappetizing cookies, and just walked out.
