  When i left at 6:15am this morning this location still was not open and there were multiple associates inside. Please change the hours to reflect a acurrate opening time. I got here and waitied from about 5:50am to 6:15 only to leave still hungry looking for a non breakfast food item as i just got off a 10 hour graveyard shift. 😞

  This location is THE WORST came once charged me twice then came again just got a drink and the tip was “keep the change” cause I literally for a drink and technically it was 25% and the worker had said my tip was “comical” as a server myself that is definitely not ok and the employees need to be retrained

  Pulled into stall number five hit the button and waited. After a few minutes, I hit the button again waited still nothing I decided okay, I will just go through the drive thru I already talk loud then lady at drive thru I cant hear you so i scream my order and car in front of me looking at me thinking im screaming at them when im just trying to place an order so I dont know if sonic needs new equipment or need hearing test for the employees

  So we don’t eat out a lot but we used to love sonic blasts! However the past 4 times we have ordered small blasts with extra toppings we never get the extra topping! Half the time it’s mainly just soft serve! Well tonight was the final straw, no more sonic from Springtown for us. Never again. My wife even ordered bananas to be added to her banana pudding blast and guess what, no banana! On top of that the cups were only half full! 3 small blasts for 18 dollars with the extra toppings that didn’t happen, yeah no more for us! We will stick to Ben and Jerry’s! I had two bites out of this! Every time we have called to complain they say, oh we will fix it next time!

  So intercoms are trash, fries are usually burnt solid.. always charged full price for drinks unless you say"hey it's happy hour".. always disappointed at this location... Go through drive thru for your burnt fries tho🤣 went 3 times in the past year so I'm done going to this one
