  Paid extra for sauce and never got it. Absolutely the most simplest thing to do and messed it up

  Do not and I repeat DO NOT go to the McDonalds in Springtown. Slow and rude. Today went through drive thru line for a simple order, 1 quarter pounder meal with a coke and 1 double quarter pounder meal with medium shake. Place order and pay. Get to second window and the person hands me my drink and shake and asks me to pull into reserve spot 2 as they are still getting my meals ready. I agree. I pull in and watch 7 more cars come through the line. Still sitting waiting, 10 minutes passes and a lady comes out and asks "Are you waiting on something?" Seriously, why else would I be sitting there. I tell her my order and that I have been waiting over 10 minutes. She says"ok" and leaves, no apology, no "I will go get it." NOTHING, DID NOT SAY ANOTHER THING. She just leaves. 5 nore minutes go by and finally a young guy comes out with my bag of food, hands it to me and mumbles "Have a great day". I get being busy, which they were not. I get people make mistakes but own up to them. Dont act the client is the problem. Now my son and I have cold food and hot soupy shake. Really a shame. I am not one to complain but this was beyond ridiculous. Get it together McDonalds and do better. You are no longer the only fast food place in town. Time to step up your game cause you are no longer fast food when it takes waiting 15 minutes or longer for your order.

  Food always takes forever, nobody is ever at the register and half the kiosks don’t work. Food takes forever as well
