  Classic hot wings, deliciously seasoned--but on my last few visits I got dry wings, and a thin puddle of red sauce on the bottom of the box. I want my wings messy, dipped in and dripping with sauce. Why has this changed?

  I visited Wingstop #1622 and had a very disappointing experience. The first cashier, Staixy, was wonderful and tried her best to help me. Another cashier also assisted with my order. Due to a miscommunication, two corns were added when I only ordered one. When I brought the mistake to the team’s attention, I simply asked for the extra corn to be replaced with fries and for the corn surcharge to be refunded. Unfortunately, the manager, a redheaded woman with sunken in eyes, was extremely rude and unwilling to help. Another redheaded employee, whose position I’m unsure of, repeatedly interrupted and spoke rudely to both me and the cashiers who were trying to resolve the issue. The two cashiers apologized multiple times for their behavior and explained that they were only trying to correct the mistake. When I finally received my fries, they appeared undercooked and were still frozen in places and lightly seasoned. I brought this to the manager’s attention, but she refused to remake them. Once again, Staixy stepped in and made the fries correctly, which I appreciate. I did get refund for the corn but with that gave me more issues than needed. I am extremely disappointed by how I was treated simply for asking for my order to be corrected. Please take this into acct I went in on Friday 9/11/2026

  I had picked up 20 wings and 5 boneless with the meal yesterday. The wings were not hot and I had ordered two of the spicy honey mustard sauces. Neither was given and both workers had told me that if i wanted to complain the mangers would be here tomorrow rudely and that the mustard would also be available tomorrow. In my head I was trying to figure out what good it does me because the wings would be finished by the next day. We ended up having a lot of leftovers because the wings weren’t good and we didn’t have the dipping sauces. I wish they had asked me for a replacement sauce so I also didn’t go back a second time just to find out it was out of stock. The service of the workers and the quality of food was not good on Labor Day. I had previously ordered on 8/30 and the wings were fresh.

  Checked my order and found that the large ranch wasn’t sealed and was leaking (not sealed completely). I asked for an empty cup to remedy the issue. Had I not, it would of made a complete mess in the bag and more than likely my vehicle. The lady seemed to understand some English but began taking my items out of the bag. I again requested an empty container to not make it a big deal. I heard her say “grande torta” to a coworker as she grabbed a new ranch. I have enough Hispanic friends that that means fat. I made a complaint and got an email back from the district manager stating they would follow up with it and I communicated that I wanted a follow up. No word back. First off, they should have sealed it completely. This wouldn’t have led up to this rating. Secondly, it’s not my fault that someone who didn’t speak English well enough for me repeat myself to where she got offended and called me any kind of name. Extremely unprofessional and to add she was larger than me. I often purchase from this location due to convenience of commute. Not anymore. I allowed time for a followup but it’s been weeks now. I would of expected this from some young adults that I usually see work there but these were grown adults and my worst experience.
