  I love the food here, but there is something missing from my order every time. When we call to notify them, there is never a resolution. I wish they’d do better. I’d love to continue ordering here, but I’m tired of being disappointed.

  Horrible service just tried to order on the phone because there app at this location would not let us place a order. Not sure whoever was taking my order was new or what but she kept putting me on hold then tells me that they cant take orders over the phone w a 50 piece wing. I go well fix your app. So I told her cancel my order and ill oder somewere else and yes I order online w another wing stop. You all need to get your store together and employees.

  Someone might greet you when you enter. Food is never ready, they have an attitude when you ask them how long. There are 5 people in the store. One taking the order and one of them maybe making the order, the rest just walk around talking. Management is a joke. I feel bad for whoever owns this place. So much potential but horrible customer service.

  I had an amazing experience at Wingstop and I just had to share! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-tier. The food was fresh, hot, and packed with flavor—those wings were perfectly cooked and seasoned just right. You can tell the team really cares about quality and consistency. What truly made this visit stand out, though, was the manager, Tina. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was running smoothly and that customers felt welcomed. Her professionalism, positive attitude, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. It’s rare to see leadership that genuinely sets the tone for such a great atmosphere. If you’re looking for delicious wings and outstanding service, this is definitely the place to go. Tina and her team are doing an incredible job!

  If I could give 0 stars I would , We waited 40 minutes for our food it came out and we were missing one of the things we ordered. They brought out something completely different watched us looking at it and then came out and gave us the new wings and I watched them proceed to give the wings we just had to another customer after we touched the wings trying to figure out what they were. The lady we are assuming is the manager (short white lady) was rude to us and other customers mouthing off to them, The staff was giving attitude when customers weren’t talking to them talking loud enough to where everyone can hear it, This location has always been bad but this experience was flat out horrible.
