    This has got to be one of the worst Wing Stop location ever. Whether I order through DoorDash, call ahead, or through the wing stop app the order is NEVER correct. There’s either always something missing or wrong order as a whole. I moved away and came back in the area 2 years later and decided to give it another chance hoping it would be better this time. (my mistake) and just like always I had items missing from my order. Please do yourself a favor and just go to another location. This location don’t care.

    Here’s a polished version of your review: When I entered the store, I was immediately met with terrible service. My wings were hard, dry, and clearly not prepared properly. To make matters worse, Megan was an absolute disaster to deal with. Between the looks she gave, her tone, and her overall demeanor, the experience was extremely unpleasant. I don’t go out to restaurants to receive poor food and even worse service. It seems like every time I visit this location, there’s some kind of issue. And based on this experience, I have ABSOLUTELY no intention of returning.

    I recently had a very disappointing experience with this location. I placed an online order around 8:40 PM on the Wingstop app and arrived at approximately 9:06 PM to pick it up. Upon arrival, I checked in with the cashier and was informed that my order was not yet ready. After waiting about 30 minutes, I checked in again and was advised they were still working on it. Unfortunately, this became the recurring response every time I asked for an update on my order status. The cashier at the front, who was taking orders, was kind enough to repeatedly check on my behalf and acknowledged that I had already been waiting a significant amount of time. However, she continued receiving the same response — that the order was still being worked on. I ultimately did not receive my order until approximately 10:20 PM, which was over an hour after arriving at the restaurant and nearly an hour and forty minutes after placing the order online. While I understand delays can happen, the lack of communication, realistic time expectations, and accountability made the experience extremely frustrating. To make matters worse, once I received my order, I reviewed the items while still parked in the Wingstop parking lot and realized items were missing. I returned inside and provided the bag containing my order, only to be told that everything was now included . Unfortunately, I still ended up missing items. After an excessive wait time, receiving an incomplete and inaccurate order made the overall experience even more disappointing. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving order accuracy, communication with customers, and wait time expectations moving forward.

    Super nice ladies running this place. Even though they are swapped with orders on a weekend with nba finals and World Cup games, my wings arrived perfectly.

    “manager” working this evening (6/10/26 - 5:50pm) Does not know how to speak to customers. Trash. Not even bothered by the long wait time. More so how she speaks to people.
