  Wonderful staff clean bathrooms the food was excellent the dirty fries were my favorite and they lady suggested me to get the tenders which I picked bbq which was definitely a great choice for me I loved it the fries had lots of interesting flavors and came with a lot of fries which was great because some places don’t give you enough and this place did will definitely be coming back

  Very Disappointing First Experience After reading so many positive reviews, I was genuinely looking forward to trying this place. Unfortunately, my first experience was extremely disappointing, and I left frustrated. I normally stick to places I already know, but my friend only eats Halal food, and after seeing an advertisement that you now offer certified chicken, we decided to give it a try. When we arrived, David (the name listed on the receipt) took our order. I specifically told him it was our first time and asked which of the spicy flavors he recommended. He suggested Sweet Peach, Mild, and another flavor I can’t remember. We ended up ordering Hot Lemon Pepper, Lemon Pepper and the Sweet Peach he recommended. After trying the Sweet Peach, my friend immediately realized it wasn’t spicy at all it was extremely sweet. She politely asked if the wings could be changed because she specifically wanted something spicy. The other employee working with David told her that they couldn’t change them because the wings were already prepared and that we would have to purchase another order. That honestly left a very bad impression. If an employee is recommending a flavor to a first-time customer, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect some willingness to help when the recommendation clearly wasn’t what the customer was looking for. Being told to simply buy another order felt like the customer was being punished for following the recommendation given by the employee. The service was also frustrating. At one point, I was standing there waiting for a box to take our food to go while both employees were eating. I stood there for what felt like four minutes before either of them even noticed I was waiting. When David finally brought the to-go boxes, what happened next was honestly unacceptable. He didn’t even bother cleaning or washing his hands before handling the boxes. There was sauce from his fingers left on the outside of the to-go boxes. That’s a basic cleanliness issue that should never happen in a food establishment. On top of everything else, there was a very strong unpleasant odor inside the restaurant that genuinely took away from the appetite. My assumption is that it may have been coming from a dry or dirty P-trap, but whatever the source was, it needs to be addressed. I honestly regret leaving a tip because, in my opinion, the service and cleanliness did not warrant one. I hope the owners or management actually read this review because this isn’t about getting something for free it’s about basic customer service, cleanliness, and accountability. I wanted to like this place and was excited to finally try it, but unfortunately, the experience was nowhere close to what the reviews led me to expect.

  We had a family date here today, Had a great experience at Wingbay! They have a wonderful variety of wing flavors, so there’s something for everyone to enjoy. The food was delicious, but what really stood out was the excellent customer service. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, and the manager was absolutely amazing! She was super helpful, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of. You can really tell when a business cares about its customers. Overall, the service was excellent, the staff was friendly, and the wings were great. Definitely a place I would recommend and visit again! 🍗❤️

  Placed an order for two dinners at 7:03. One six piece and one ten piece, both with fries. The order arrived at the table at 7:35. Half of the ten piece was incorrect, other than that all was good. Half of the six piece was fine, then I moved onto the others the chicken was cool to the touch on the outside cold in the middle and still bright pink. The skin on it was grey. The fries were cold. The person taking the orders was new, the place seemed pretty clean. I however will never ever return. I have not been grossed out like that previously.

  to whom it may concern, out of all the chicken wings i've had in my life, this is by far....the WORSE!!! set of wings i've had in my entire life. i thought i was eating wings. felt like i was chewing on a hard shelled taco. a bag of pork rind chips. no type of moist, no type of flavor. it was more crisp than anything else. thank god I TAKE CARE OF MY TEETH. believe me, my teeth wouldve been looking like one of those tom and jerry cartoons when tom bit into a dinner plate and all of his teeth shattered. PLEASE!! for the love of everything I love, put some moist and some flavor on those wings. the slogan states "the wings you deserve". after fighting for my life eating those wings, NO ONE deserves those wings.
