The person who brought my food out stated she liked my hair. I opened up my food and there was a pubic hair in my food. A video recording then manager ignoring the problem. Did not notify that he was the manager. DISGUSTING

Food is delicious as any other Whataburger location, but they always mess up orders at this location. They've forgotten shakes, fries, even entire sandwiches like today.

I usually come to this location but now poor service seems to be consistent. Today I ordered curbside sat there rude attendant comes out gives food and no drinks no ketchup or napkins. Comes back with drinks overflowing and spilling on the car. My wife goes inside to get clean cups and make it again. She checks the food EVERYTHING WAS OLD. She takes it back to be remade. The rude curbside said in a condescending tone HAVE A NICE DAY. AS IF HER HORRIBLE SERVICE TO USE INCONVENIENCED HER. No to mention they asked would you like you food fresh. That’s the whole point of placing food and waiting outside 15 minutes. We get all the way home to notice it was made incorrectly.

Because my app wouldn't load the rewards for the discounted breakfast taquito, I had to pay full price. I gave it to her. Its just the principle. How is that my fault the app didn't have the rewards uploaded. The drive through person said all they needed to do was scan barcode and I received a discount on my order. That didn't happen. Other than that I love me some Whataburger
