  I asked for a large fry. The container was not filled. They basically gave me a small fry and a large container.

  This restaurant is clean, atmosphere friendly, and the food, of course, is great. They really know how to hire and train employees who are attentive, patient, and helpful. The managers, Matt and Samir are over the top fantastic. This is my favorite Whataburger.

  My husband brought me fries, a chicken sandwich, and a milkshake. Only the milkshake was edible. We live less than 7 minutes away, yet when he got home with my food, the fries weren’t even warm, they were cold, stale, and had not one single grain of salt on them. The chicken sandwhich was okay-ish. It was slightly warm but tasted like it was old and reheated. It was terrible I essentially only drank the milkshake.

  I ordered off doordash and set it for pickup. I get there on time and they have not even finished the rest. Waited for 30 mins and when I got home, the patty melt I had was cool barely warm, fries trash, and the arrangement of my burger was all lopsided. Everyone else had dry hamburgers. The quality of this place use to be amazing, what happened?

  This use to be one of the good whataburgers. Now every time we go there the burgers are either cold or the whole order is wrong. For the 3rd time in a row mine and my wife's order was wrong. I got someone else's order all together and the extras my wife got on her burger were missing. What is going on there? Why has this whataburger's quality gone so far down? I've been inside and saw multiple people go back to the counter with myself to fix our orders. I've brung back cold burgers multiple times even when eating inside. Cold as in the meat was room temperature and the cheese was still hard. I'm honestly glad I'm moving so I can go to a diffrent whataburger. Just sucks that my naborhood whataburger is so disappointing. The whataburger by the HEB and 2920 near 45 is good if anyone reads this. Haven't had any problems at that location.
