I reached out to them to let them know and request a refund of my $17... to which they offered me a $10 gift card.... no thank you!

(I drove thru this location once and experienced the same thing I'm about to describe, but I figured actually going in, I would be able to explain what I wanted better.) So, I normally get a Bahama Mama bowl with mango added to the top. It's my favorite "good for you" treat in the world! The girl at the counter told me that I cannot get mango added to the top of it?? I said they do it at another location. She said (politely) that it's not an option here. For the life of me, I cannot figure why a place of business would not allow me to buy mango to add/put on top of my bowl. This is my preferred way of enjoying a bowl that I'm ready to spend extra on? I just cannot give them the stars the food/drink here deserves with this kind of inflexibility to not give a customer who is WILLING TO PAY for it, whatever they want on their smoothie, bowl, or whatever food.

The customer service is always friendly, and the food is consistently good whether I stop by on a weekday or the weekend. The restaurant is also very clean and well kept. Highly recommend!
