  It was very fun but our drinks were gross the water that was used to make our tea tasted that straight tap water our server Nick M. Seemed very upset that we wanted to get different drinks also when we asked for food it seemed like it was a bother but he had time to get a few swings in while he was working spent 2 hours there the first hour he came by maybe 3 times then the last 30 he came by 5 times which earned him a dollar each time he came not sure if I would go back

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience at Topgolf Spring. Yesterday, I was responsible for coordinating an honor roll field trip for students at my campus who maintained honor roll status the entire school year. We had originally planned an exciting trip to Space Center Houston, and the students had been looking forward to it for weeks. Unfortunately, the morning of the trip, we received devastating news that the facility had to cancel due to a power outage and lack of water. As you can imagine, trying to reorganize a field trip for 68 students and 8 adults at the very last minute felt nearly impossible. We contacted several establishments hoping someone could accommodate our group on such short notice, but we were met with “no” after “no.” Then we called Topgolf Spring, and everything changed. From the very beginning, John Donovan and another incredible manager whose name I unfortunately cannot remember were compassionate, understanding, professional, and genuinely eager to help us. Instead of turning us away because of the size of our group or the short notice, they welcomed us with open arms and immediately began working to make sure our students would still have a memorable celebration. Their kindness and willingness to help truly saved the day for our students. When we arrived, the entire staff made us feel welcomed and valued. Everything was organized, smooth, and stress-free despite the unexpected circumstances. Most importantly, the students had an AMAZING time! Many of them had never experienced Topgolf before, and seeing their excitement, laughter, and joy after such a stressful start to the day meant everything to us as educators. I also want to specifically recognize our servers, Morgan and Ricardo. Serving 68 students and 8 adults is no small task, but they handled everything with patience, professionalism, attentiveness, and speed. They constantly checked on us, made sure students had what they needed, and did it all with positive attitudes and smiles on their faces. They went above and beyond, and their hard work absolutely did not go unnoticed. Thank you again to Topgolf Spring for stepping in during a stressful situation and turning what could have been a disappointing day into an unforgettable experience for our students. Your team demonstrated outstanding customer service, compassion, and professionalism. Because of you, our honor roll students still got the celebration they deserved. We are beyond grateful, and I highly recommend Topgolf Spring to anyone looking for a fun environment with an exceptional staff that truly cares about people. You all truly SAVED THE DAY!

  I had such a great experience with Ariah! She was super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Her customer service was amazing, and she kept such a positive attitude the whole time. She checked in often, made great recommendations, and really made the experience enjoyable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests. Definitely one of the best servers I’ve had!

  Bay area was not clean in either spot they moved us to, and they moved us twice and both areas were very nasty with roaches and other bugs as well drinks slipped on the tables, soafs and the floor. We ordered the donut balls and they were burnt and looked like they had them sitting and just redunked them in the grease. Very disappointed. I usually like this location

  2nd time here. The service when playing is not the greatest.. waited forever to get refills, and brought wrong drinks out, waited a long time to get the correct drinks. They took my food that wasn't finished because they thought we were done with it. Fun place but service is a bit slow, and it was even packed when we went.
