    It was clean. There was a nice gentleman who was not trained well and the sandwich was a trainwreck. There was another gentleman that was incredibly rude, confrontational. When I walked in he asked what I wanted and I said I had an online order to which he responded "Well it's not done yet!" When questioned about why we were not receiving something we paid for, I was mocked. He also did not step in to help the overwhelmed gentleman who was not being rather successful with a four sandwich online order. I got home and the thing I didn't see on my sandwich (I specifically was mocked for this) wasn't on my sandwich. He was already angry that I reminded them to toast my meatball. And all of this was typed out for them! Your sign says new management, you should be aware your team is not a good reflection of you today. Appallingly rude gaslighting your customers.

    Always clean. The staff always make the orders quick and right. Not greedy with ingredients. It’s always cool and I just really like the customer service here.

    Holy crap that was a bad experience. New manager isn’t managering. Same guy making sandwiches with the demeanor of a funeral director. Sandwiches take like 40 minutes

    Worst subway possiably ever ? I went in at 1:30 pm on a Thursday , the vibe is dismal no music no greeting , after 5 min I’m greeted and asked what I would like , I order . They are out of pepperoni, they have just enough for my first sandwhich but he’s hesitant to use the last few stating were out despite me seeing 8 to 10 slices , he’s makes my wife’s sandwhich he puts the wrong cheese which is noticed after it’s toasted , I change my original order to a 2nd option , they are out of that meat too , I chose a 3rd I finally have some small luck , as we finalize the toasting on my sandwhich we get to the veggies , every single veggies looks like trash , clearly frozen or stored in a. Cold place over night all the veggies look wilted and waterlogged , the lettuce is brown , the green bell peppers are flaccid , the tomatoes are soggy and mushy , the onion looks great , the spinach is soggy and the guag has a tinge of brown . As I’m requesting each veggie the dude is putting very little I have to ask for a more lettuce . We finish up this dismal experince I check out . I ask for two meals , both upgraded to the moanna meal which features a discount for movie ticket and collectors cup for a dollar more ! I’m about this ! I get my two cups my chips / cookies , but he dude says this * I’m so sorry sir but the moanna meal comes with bottled drinks as part of the meal . I’m sorry I just got two collectors cups and I don’t even have a fountain drink included so I have cups I can’t fill and bottled beverages which is honestly unnecessary and had I known I wouldn’t have gotten the meal deal as I wanted the fountain drink , they say sorry sir. At this point I’m just ready to go but I’m not rude that’s unnecessarily. I ask for a plastic bag to carry my sandwiches chips collectors cups and bottled drinks my hands are full to the max . They don’t have any !!! . I get another flacid sorry sir while the other gentleman behind the counter who looks like a manager only speaks to the emoloyeee and only in a foreign language which that is no issues but it’s just not quite customer service ya know ? . The worst take away here is this I only tried this specific subway because it was notated it’s under NEW MANAGEMENT. . I will absolutely never come into this establishment under this management ever . To be out of meats at lunch ,use the incorrect cheese as a whole , to have no fresh veggies , to sell a meal with a collectors cup but it comes with a bottle drink and no access to a fountain unless I pay more which I already payed extra for the meal ! Zero customer service . I was Bairly spoken too , nothing was stocked . And I can’t even get a bag when I am leaving with my hands literally full to the max . Alll under this big banner at the front door stating new management which was a hope for a better experiences . I will not ever come to this store again if this is how you care for your customers when they are playing 40 dollar for 2 sandwhich meal deals that’s all I needed to see . I’ll cut my loss at 40$ but truly i want a refund . The only reason I’m not asking for one is because I’m not even willing to risk the stress that would come with this request and so help me if I were to receive push back I would loose it . I’m choosing my peace but truly I would never buy from this store .

    I visited the Subway on a Sunday afternoon around 1:30 p.m., and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. There was only one male employee working with a line of about seven people. One customer even left after realizing he was alone, and I considered doing the same but decided to wait. While helping the customer ahead of me, she asked for a turkey sub, and he responded in a very negative tone that they did not have turkey. She seemed shocked and laughed because of how rude the response came across. When it was my turn, I was told they did not have tuna melt either. A simple sign letting customers know what items were unavailable would have helped prevent frustration and saved everyone time. I also think the employee could benefit from customer service training, especially when it comes to acknowledging customers and maintaining a more professional demeanor. What surprised me most was that it was only early afternoon, yet they were already out of several ingredients. Save yourself the headache on a beautiful Sunday afternoon and try another location.
