This restaurant has to hire someone else. The girl that was there around 1:30pm attended us was by herself, she had to do all the online orders and attend all the walk in customers. She so behind on the orders but she was trying her best. Management needs to do better and not leave there employees there alone, leaving that poor girl there like that to run the whole restaurant by herself was messed up

Ordered four footlongs and a 6-inch for dinner tonight, and unfortunately every sandwich was disappointing. I ordered spinach and there was no spinach at all. They were absolutely sopping with sauce, and it seemed like the jalapeños and banana peppers were grabbed by the handful and dumped directly into the center instead of being spread evenly across the sandwiches. But the worst and most concerning part was finding a piece of melted plastic in my daughter’s sandwich. That is completely unacceptable and honestly ruined any chance of us returning. I’ve always vouched for Subway and have eaten here for years, but the quality has gone WAY downhill over the last year. Between the sloppy preparation, missing ingredients, and now finding melted plastic in our food, we’re done. We’ll be spending our money at Jimmy John’s or Potbelly from now on.

I was there today and it was one of the worst experiences. They have terrible customer service. I won't say anything more because I see they already have enough bad reviews from people expressing the same thing as me.

When I arrived at this store, the gentleman behind the counter was talking on the phone and preparing orders at a snail's pace, despite a line forming. It took about 10 minutes for me to be able to place my order, and there was no one in front of me. When ordering my sandwich, the employee had an attitude because I wasn't tell him what I wanted in the order in which he wanted the information (I told him the meats I wanted before saying which cheese I wanted, the veggies I wanted before saying which condiments, etc.). When I go to check out and give him the coupon I came to use, he scanned it and it didn't apply the discount so he wanted me to pay full price. I told him that he had to honor the coupon as it wasn't expired and wasn't invalid based on the kind of sandwich I ordered. He said there was nothing he could do. I told him if it wasn't scanning, he could go in the system and apply the discount manually, to which he first said he didn't know how, and subsequently said the cameras would see him lowering the price so he couldn't do that. I told him whatever the cameras see, he'll have the physical coupon to validate the applied discount. He refused. I asked to speak to the manager, and he claimed he was the manager (yet he doesn't know how to apply a discount in the system). He snatched my sandwich back and moved on to other customers. Since I'd already spent close to 15 minutes there, and my sandwich was already made, I stepped to the side, downloaded the Subway app, created a profile, and placed an order through the app so I could used the coupon and pay for my food. When he came back to the register to ring up the next customer, I told him I paid through the app and would like my sandwich. He asked for my name, I gave it to him, and he gave me my sandwich. But when I asked for his name, he refused (and he wasn't wearing a name tag per Subway Corporate Uniform Policy), then when my receipt printed he snatched it and walked away. I told him I needed my receipt (I plan to contact corporate and I knew his name would be on the receipt), and he refused to give it to me and began helping the next customer. I told him that I'd call the police, and he said, "so". So, I did! I called the police and sat in the restaurant for an hour waiting for them to come, just to be able to get my receipt. When the officer arrived, he asked the employee for my receipt, the employee goes to the computer and started punching around to print out another copy of my receipt (instead of simply going to get the one he threw in the trash), so he knew how to do all of that in the system, but not how to apply a discount? The receipt didn't have his name on it (next to "Served by" it says 999997), so I asked the officer to please get his name. The employee said his name is Doug, but when I got to my car I saw the name Douglas Lazo at the bottom of the receipt, with the title of "Area Coach", so I doubt this employee was Doug. Whomever he is, how he treated me was extremely uncalled for. I'll never patronize this Subway location again. And yes, I will be contacting corporate about this issue.

Please conduct periodically checks with employees to see if they in the right position. Customer Service is everything. My sandwiches were somewhat okay because the young man changed his attitude from nonchalant to consideration as I set there waiting on my food. I did online order because the store didn't except cash so I couldn't pay with cash and I was using a coupon 2 for 1299. He became polite as I had to sit there and order and pay online. I give his customers service skills a 2 need improvement. The store 2, clean those tables and floor and remove wet floor signs after dry. My sandwiches were good. They was made as my online order ask. 👏🏾🫶🏾
