I placed an online order that was scheduled to be ready between 3:50 pm and 3:55 pm. I arrived right at 3:50 pm, checked in at stall #3, and expected the usual quick service. Instead, I sat there waiting with no updates and no staff coming out at all.
After nearly 25 minutes of waiting, I drove around the lot and returned to the same stall, hoping that would prompt someone to bring out my order. I waited a few more minutes — still nothing. At that point, I walked up to the window to speak with an employee about my order.
They handed me cold food, which was already disappointing, so I asked to speak with the manager. The manager’s attitude was extremely unprofessional and dismissive, acting as if my concern was an inconvenience. When I explained the situation, she responded with, “What do you want me to do about it? You want me to remake your food?” — a tone that made it clear she didn’t care.
They eventually remade the order, but the entire experience was unacceptable. I should not have had to wait that long, chase down my own food, receive it cold, or deal with a manager who showed zero customer service skills. Even though the food was remade, the service and attitude made the visit frustrating and disappointing.
