  Rayford Spring is The worst location to order drinks from. They never make it correctly. Ask for extra and pay for it and they don’t add it. I order through the app and when asked for a refund they always say ask through the app. Never received a refund and no one ever reaches out.

  Oreo peanut butter shake with extra peanut butter was just vanilla. No sign of peanut butter or Oreo. Cheese sticks cold. Came by 5:40 July 5

  Submitted my order 10 minutes before I arrived and I’ve been now waiting close to 13 minutes. It shouldn’t take 25 minutes to make one burger and Dr Pepper. Why is this location so bad?

  Very disappointing experience 2 days ago. We ordered Coke online and were told that they were out of Coke and they asked what else they could get me. After saying Dr. Pepper i thought it'd be a minute for her to come back out... Nope. She dropped off 2 orders and after 15 minutes I had to go out of the car and ask another person for the drink... This other girl was friendly and is the only reason why I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1. She went in and brought out the drink immediately and said the other girl had made the drink. It was just sitting there. It was a frustrating experience. When I left I saw the original girl just chatting it up with one of the other people in another lane. Honestly the worst Sonic I've come across. The other times I've come the food is dry.. I keep trying to give this place chances but it's nothing compared to my old Sonic; which was amazing.
