  I came in yesterday and had a really good experience. The heavy set man with the dreadlocks really stood out to me. I noticed that he actually goes out of his way to check on the customers and make sure everyone is good, which you don’t see everywhere. I also noticed how the other employees interacted with him. They genuinely seemed happy working with him, and the atmosphere felt positive and welcoming. You can tell he cares about both the customers and his team. What impressed me most is that if I had a little problem, he didn’t just brush it off. He makes sure it’s handled and that you leave satisfied. That kind of customer service definitely makes you want to come back.

  This location consistently gives sloppy food and apathetic service. The burgers and hot dogs are put together like they just slop on condiments and throw it together. And if you pay cash, they won't offer to give you change back. Several times they take my money, hand me food, and turn to walk off. I have to ask if they are giving change. It's with the most entitled pause that they are like "oh, okay". If they offer without me asking, I usually tell them to keep it but just the rudeness of taking without asking. I really need to only get drinks here.

  I’ve loved Sonic for years, but this location really needs improvement. Tonight, it took 30 minutes to get three ice creams and a slush, and part of the order was wrong. After getting it back, I went home and realized they still hadn’t fixed it. I paid for extra add ins and they did not put them in there. They did apologize and gave me a redeemable card for next time, but this isn’t a one-time occurrence. Slow service and mistakes happen here all the time. I’d rather have my order be right, fast, and good quality than have to keep receiving apologies and free items to make up for it.

  Very disappointed! Manager poor customer service & car hop with long hair white chick very nasty attitude! Was served a cold cold burger & tater tots were not fresh! When I first checked the food the nuggets were hot so I figured everything else would be keep in mind it’s 11am Tuesday! I asked over the speaker for bbq sauce and salt n pepper when ordered. Got order it wasn’t in there I dial back and they telling me it’s in the bag. I did say I must be blind. So then the long hair chick come back full attitude like it’s a problem. I do try to remember everything I need because this is not the first time a carhop at this location have given attitude because they had to go back in to get something. I then leave go across the street to eat my food pull the burger out it’s ice cold like I couldn’t force myself to eat and and the tarot tots too! Manager come out she wanna have a slight attitude n I tell her I want my money back idk what yall may do to my food with this type behavior. Then some random lady who’s her grandma comes talking crazy getting in other folks business that ain’t got nothing to do with her! That’s the problem now people need to mind they own business. White folks always wanna say black folks causing problems when it’s them mind yo gd business old lady! No time did I disrespect the manager but u not about to serve me no cold food cause this white lady tou ain’t serving her cold food! Treat everybody the same and you wanna claim you Godly but your behavior says Satan! Happy Birthday to me the devil is busy!
