  I love Sonic but this Sonic takes forever to do anything. I went yesterday and ordered a drink and they brought me put someone else's drink. I repressed the button to let me know its not my drink. I did sat another ten minutes and still no drink to having to call one of the servers walking by to say what I already told the person on the intercom. Then waited again for just the drink to come out to me. They either need to hire more works or something because to wait almost 30 mins just for a drink order is crazy.

  Worst sonic ever . Waited 30 minutes after placing order thru app they never came out so I just left and lost money

  I pulled in and parked at 9:55, looked over the menu and pushed the button to order at 10:02. The girl on the speaker, with a super dismissive tone said "we're closed, good night" she was even walking around picking up trash in the parking lot and walked right by me, never said a word. She was counting down the minutes to not have to take my order. Pretty frustrating to say the least. Can't imagine management would be to happy to know their employees are eager to not serve customers

  I see why they didn’t make my order right tonight. I went there at 9:30 ish maybe & ordered two cheese burgers, easy mayo and ketchup without onions. Now, I can’t eat my meal cause it’s loaded with onions & i’m allergic & pregnant. Glad i didn’t smell it through the bag, I surely didn’t feel like going to ER tonight. For now on I will stick to my day shift crew where they actually care about their customers. Did I mention the easy mayo & ketchup wasn’t even visible? Thanks for almost putting me in hospital careless prep worker.

  This place has fallen off big time. Food used to be reliable and decent. Haven't had a good experience here in the last 5 trips so we just stopped going.
