  Two of your team members are helpful employee one with a facial tattoo on right eye very polite and a younger female employee were both attentive and provided great service. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff provided a very poor experience. Their attitude felt hostile, and the overall service quality was unacceptable. I hope management addresses this behavior so that the standard set by your helpful staff becomes the norm for the entire team.

  Thanks to the store manager Jules!! He donated hot dogs and ice cream to our nonprofit group. Every thing was delicious and our kids loved it! Thanks for giving back to the Klein community!

  The worst sonic ever the carhops have a bad attitude and still expected to be tipped the manager is the why I feel like they act like that Kristen the manager and chole which was the car hop who brought my order has the nastiest attitude of them all I ordered my food through the drive through couldn't even get the rest of my order out before I was hung up on waited 15 minutes in the drive through before I went to the front to see why I was hung up on and why they haven't brought the food I ordered through the drive through as I'm explaining to the manager my problem she huffing and puffing rolling her eyes and was very dismissive the car hop same thing when I asked for my change because she asked could she keep it with the poor service she was giving very disappointed in this sonic
