  It did take me some time to place the order because the app kept having issues so I called in the order. I will first say I was hesitate to call in the order and go to Pizza Hut because the last time I did I had the tidiest encounter with the night time shift manager, Tanisha . She had to be one of the rudest employees of any establishment I have ever spoken to. I swore I would never order from Pizza Hut again. That was over a year ago. Well today because of location only, I ordered from Pizza Hut in Spring Texas. Well I was greeted with a smile and friendly personality. The shift manager, Ana, was awesome. I was so impressed not only with her demeanor, her customer service, making sure all food items were correct. Doing all of this while helping other customers with a SMILE. Something many have forgotten how to do. Especially Tanisha. I have never submitted a review before but when you encounter someone who is nice, helpful, and smiling….you must give them kudos. And I aplogize for calling out the night time shift manager but some people should not have those positions….and as a manager of country clubs…..I know when some people should never have contact with customers. The Dm and GM need to do their job and make some changes at that location. Regards, RM

  Excellent services, always come to this hut and they are always nice to me and the food don’t take longer that what they tell u it’ll take, actually is ready beige the estimated time given

  Michael was fast and friendly. I happened to order a pizza that had a special running on it at the time and he applied it apon my request, saving me some money. I really appreciated his service and kindness. They also got my pizza to me in a quick manner. Will be back again when I am in the mood for a thin crust pizza

  Hoy he visitado Pizza Hut y me atendió Bessy una de las chicas de servicio fue muy atenta, aquí las pizzas son con un sabor muy peculiar, el ambiente es agradable y tranquilo, en fin para mí fue todo muy especial

  I do doordash delivery and anytime I have to pick up an order between 11:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. from this location, it is never ready when it says it is going to be ready by. It's always the same person working taller, kind of heavy set hispanic female. I believe her name may be Bessie. I am usually standing in the front lobby for 1 to 3 minutes before I am even greeted. 9 times out of 10, I have to cancel the order because it's not just wait one or two minutes it's always 10 to 15 minutes. She is not a very personable person either. How doordash works is we get a time that the pizza is supposed to be ready per the ordering through the website, and it is pretty accurate because anytime I come in the evenings they are always ready or whenever I come for my own personal pizzas.
