  I’ve ordered from this location many times over the years and have always had a good experience. My orders are consistently right, the food is good, and the staff is always friendly. I still order from here regularly and have never had an issue. Great local Pizza Hut!

  Unless you like waiting over TWO hours for your food and then spending 5 minutes on the phone with driver explaining where to go Id suggest ordering from somewhere else. We usually order from Papa John's but decided to try pizza hut instead. Not only was it more expensive, it also took over 2 hours to receive our food(obviously not hot anymore) and we had put in our card info online to pay and we're told we had to pay in cash upon delivery.

  Honestly, I’m really disappointed with this pizza. I ordered the Original Pan specifically because I wanted that buttery, greasy, crispy crust that Pizza Hut is supposed to be known for. Instead, this crust was dry as shit and honestly looked and tasted more like a regular hand-tossed crust. I used to work at Pizza Hut, so I remember how the dough was prepped and how much of a difference properly oiling the pan made. This just didn’t have that same buttery, oily texture or crispy, almost fried exterior that I remember. I don’t know if the pan wasn’t properly oiled, the dough wasn’t prepped right, or what happened, but this is exactly why I stopped buying Pizza Hut in the first place. If I order a Pan Pizza, I expect a Pan Pizza not a dry piece of bread. Really disappointing.

  I’ve consistently had a great experience at this location. Khaula at the front counter is always friendly, patient, and working hard—even when the restaurant is busy and she’s juggling several customers at once. She makes sure people are acknowledged, keeps things moving, and treats everyone with genuine kindness. Good service deserves to be recognized, and she’s a real asset to this location.

  I had a great experience at the Pizza Hut on Rayford Rd today thanks to Khaula. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and efficient at the register. Excellent customer service like hers is rare and truly appreciated. The food was hot and fresh, but Khaula's positive attitude is the main reason I will be back. Highly recommend this location!
