Their Pho is excellent. I spoke to the chef and confirmed that it is made here by him. The quality of the ingredients are noticeable and you should visit this place for authentic Pho. I’ve also tried their Lo Mein and loved it also.
Wanted a new viet spot n this has a lot good reviews. Bun Bo hue one of my favorites but you can see it’s not the red rich color. It was more spicy than flavor like it should. They forgot our cafe but was able to get us one before leaving. Vermicelli bowl has great flavor with pork but fish sauce taste bland to us. Overall nice cool spot pay before you sit but might need to try again to change my review

Decided to check out this spot on the way home from work, today. I was scrolling through social media and saw the Brisket Fried Rice on their menu. When I walked in the place it appeared to be quite empty. It could’ve been the time. I arrived around 4pm. Between lunch and dinner. However, the restaurant looked very clean. I placed a to-go order and was really surprised by how fast they brought the food out. To be honest, I wasn’t expecting much. I got home and took a look at my plate and was very pleased. Very colorful and fresh. When I took a bite I was even more impressed. The rice was amazing. The portions were satisfying. Why isn’t this place packed with customers? Regardless, I will be back for more Brisket Fried Rice.

Hands down the most amazing PHO here close to The Woodlands. I no longer have to drive to china town. We love the smoked brisket pho is out of this world!! The owner is one of the most generous person, I hope God keeps blessing him and his business.
Im writing this review only because when I want to try a new place I go based of reviews .This was my second time trying this place since I had tried their pho the first time which it was really good! But this time I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered a bánh mì sandwich, took one bite, and immediately noticed multiple small white hairs inside the sandwich. It was completely unacceptable and ruined my meal.
Food safety should be a top priority. Employees preparing food should be wearing proper hair restraints, including hairnets and beard nets, to help prevent contamination. Finding hair in food is unsanitary and should never happen.
Unfortunately, I won’t be returning unless they improve their food handling and hygiene practices.
**I did reach out to them and spoke to the owner, he refunded my money back and said he will get with his team and make sure it doesn’t happen again. He mentioned it could possibly be lemon grass strings but I checked and it was white hair(took several pictures).
