  ⭐ 0/5 Stars — Extremely Unhappy With Today’s Service Very unhappy with the service we received today. We went through the drive-thru and confirmed our order, only to receive the wrong food anyway. I then had to go inside just to get what we had already ordered and paid for. When I walked in, no one was at the front counter. I eventually got the attention of a young employee and explained that our order was wrong. She took my receipt and the incorrect food without saying a single word—no apology, no explanation, nothing. I waited about 10 more minutes for the order to supposedly be corrected. I was then told the food originally given to us belonged to the vehicle in front of us, which apparently wasn't even there anymore. Before leaving, I reconfirmed the order AGAIN because at this point I didn't trust that it was correct. And somehow, we were STILL missing the correct food items. So after confirming our order at the drive-thru, receiving someone else's food, having to physically go inside, getting no acknowledgment or apology, waiting another 10 minutes, and confirming the order a second time—we STILL left without what we actually ordered. To make it worse, the restaurant wasn't even busy. There was no rush or packed lobby that could even begin to explain this level of disorganization. This store honestly seems like it's being run by children who were never properly trained or given the supervision they need to handle basic orders and customer service. Mistakes happen, but this wasn't one simple mistake. It was multiple failures to check the same order, even after the problem was specifically brought to their attention. Management seriously needs to address the lack of training, communication, and supervision at this location. Absolutely unacceptable. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

  I visit this McDonald's almost every morning for a cup of coffee before heading to work, and the experience is consistently outstanding. Every staff member I've encountered has been professional, friendly, and always has a smile on their face. They genuinely make me feel welcome, and I've never seen anyone seem upset or unhappy to be at work. McDonald's coffee is my go-to, but there's something about the coffee at this location that makes it better than any other McDonald's I've visited. Whatever you're doing, keep it up, it definitely makes a difference! Thank you to the entire team for your kindness, positive attitudes, and consistently great service. You make my mornings a little brighter, and it's truly appreciated.

  This is the worst McDonalds ever. They cannot understand simple instructions. They are rude and did not listen to what I was asking to order. Do not go here unless you want your order to be wrong. They also do not have a phone number or way to speak with the manager.

  I have had consistently bad experiences at this McDonald’s. Plus the app suspiciously seems to never work right for curbside and the customer service is poor. Here are my 3 worse experiences: 1. Placing a mobile order for in store pickup, then not being able to get my order because the dining area is closed. Why is the option there if I can’t go inside? No refund for the food I couldn’t pick up 2. Very discolored dark orange chicken nuggets (see images). I emailed about this and never heard back. 3. My sister received a burger with a bite taken out of it. She told the employees and they questioned her without taking any responsibility to fix the problem. Gross!
