    Most inefficient McDonald’s in the area. Slow and always giving the wrong orders. Terrible service.

    This McDonald’s is hands down one of the most poorly run locations I’ve ever been to. The food is consistently awful. Nuggets are almost always cold and taste like they’ve been sitting out way too long, and the fries are a joke—cold, unsalted, and nowhere near fresh. It’s like basic quality control doesn’t exist here. What’s even worse is how often they mess up orders. Drinks are wrong, sauces are missing EVERY time, and when you go back for the items you already paid for, they either try to charge you again or act completely clueless like you weren’t just at the window seconds ago. It’s beyond frustrating—it feels like a scam at this point. The service doesn’t help either. The drive-thru is slow, disorganized, and communication is so poor that even simple orders get messed up. Nobody seems to take any accountability, and the whole experience feels chaotic and careless. At this point, it’s not even worth giving this place another chance. If you want hot food, correct orders, and basic customer service, go literally anywhere else.

    This location is completely unprofessional and this was my final straw. I have had ongoing issues here, but this experience was by far the worst. I placed a mobile breakfast order at 10:27 AM through the app, which clearly states to order before 10:30. I stayed up until 3 AM studying and when I woke up I specifically did not want lunch food, which is why I made sure to order on time. I live less than five minutes away and arrived at 10:33 am. After giving my code, I was told to pull forward and then told my order was “canceled” because it was past 10:30. That makes no sense considering the order was placed and paid for on time. If the order is placed before 10:30, it should be honored. If I had ordered in the drive thru at that exact time, they would have still made the food. What is even worse is that my order was NOT canceled. Over an hour later it still showed as “waiting for pick up” in the app, so I was charged and never received my food. When I asked for a simple explanation or a refund, the staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. The manager and another worker were laughing, talked among themselves in spanish (I don’t speak Spanish fluently but I know enough to know they were talking about me), refused to give their names, and instead of resolving the issue, they threatened to call the police FOUR times because I asked for the food I already paid for or my money back. There is zero consistency at this location. I placed the exact same type of order the day before and picked it up even later with no issue. (I added the screen shot of me placing the order yesterday at the same time and yes I got my food and nobody said anything to me lol) Clearly the problem is not the policy, it is the staff. Management seriously needs to step in because the behavior at this location is unacceptable. If you value your time and money, avoid this place. And before yall respond with that bs behind “I’m so sorry that this happened!” They indeed are not sorry. I’m literally a sleep deprived college student who just wanted some freaking breakfast and not a Big Mac at 10 in the morning.

    Good food for a good price. Workers look a little miserable. They got the job done quickly though, which is all that matters.

    Such a horrible, horrible place. We ordered. The drive-thru person was short-tempered and seemed to not want to take our order. Then, in line, when I inquired about the cost, he just shrugged his shoulders. I asked why it was only $22 and some change for four meals, two adult and two kids meals, He just shrugged his shoulders again. after picking up the food they kept passing us food in three separate instances and ended it like we were done each time. She never said thank you, have a nice day, etc. Looking in the bag we were shorted a meal. Drove back around and informed the first guy again that we were short a meal, he just pointed to the next window. So again we had to wait in line. The girl didn't even ask why we came back through. She handed me a bag with a straw and an extra-large fries and shut the window. This was not my order. She then opened the window again and tried to hand me a drink. I gave her back the fries and told her we did not get our meal. She just said "you didn't get your meal?" and then shut the window. Nothing, not let me check, let me get the manager nothing. The next thing I know, some lady in a blue shirt opens the window with a receipt in her hand, says, " You didn't order, you didn't order. I told her yes, I did, I got my drink. She kept saying you didn't order. Here, look at your receipt. So essentially, the guy at the beginning who didn't act like he wanted to take my order, never took it or rang it in, and I'm the one they treated disrespectfully. I was only trying to get what I had ordered. So my family ate, and I didn't. Thanks, McDonald's, for being such a great place and for taking care of your customers. You obviously have this down pat...NOT.
