  I visit this McDonald's almost every morning for a cup of coffee before heading to work, and the experience is consistently outstanding. Every staff member I've encountered has been professional, friendly, and always has a smile on their face. They genuinely make me feel welcome, and I've never seen anyone seem upset or unhappy to be at work. McDonald's coffee is my go-to, but there's something about the coffee at this location that makes it better than any other McDonald's I've visited. Whatever you're doing, keep it up, it definitely makes a difference! Thank you to the entire team for your kindness, positive attitudes, and consistently great service. You make my mornings a little brighter, and it's truly appreciated.

  This is the worst McDonalds ever. They cannot understand simple instructions. They are rude and did not listen to what I was asking to order. Do not go here unless you want your order to be wrong. They also do not have a phone number or way to speak with the manager.

  I have had consistently bad experiences at this McDonald’s. Plus the app suspiciously seems to never work right for curbside and the customer service is poor. Here are my 3 worse experiences: 1. Placing a mobile order for in store pickup, then not being able to get my order because the dining area is closed. Why is the option there if I can’t go inside? No refund for the food I couldn’t pick up 2. Very discolored dark orange chicken nuggets (see images). I emailed about this and never heard back. 3. My sister received a burger with a bite taken out of it. She told the employees and they questioned her without taking any responsibility to fix the problem. Gross!

  Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes. They served 4 people that came through after me . They finally came to the window because I was honking my horn. The girl was very rude, I asked her where our food was and she just shut the window, finally came back 2 minutes later with the food I asked her for the manager and she said she didn’t understand why I was mad at her , I said I wasn’t mad at her . Manager came and said she was sorry but they were really busy. I explained we had been sitting at the drive thru for 20 minutes, she said they had to fry my pie , I said it didn’t take 20 minutes she kept saying they were busy . That McDonalds is horrible. They need fire all the employees because they are all rude

  Honestly I’m disappointed… I come here all the time and this time it wasn’t good. I ordered from the app and came to pick up my order. As I got to window 1 she told me to go to window 2. All of the other customers got their food first that ordered after me (like 10 cars passing getting their food) I waited by the window for 10 minutes. A guy came and gave me my food in a rush. Fries are cold, soggy, and hardly any salt and fish sandwich cold. I don’t know what happened but this was a horrible experience and I want my money back. 😬😬😬
