The place was calm, the service was smooth, and everything went as expected. My order was prepared correctly, the staff was polite, and the overall experience was hassle-free. It’s the kind of spot where you can stop by, get your food, and enjoy a quiet moment without any issues. In my opinion, having a stress-free, consistent experience like this is already a big win for a fast-food restaurant.

  Do not recomend. Horrible service. Rude staff. Constant mistakes and delays in orders, and refuses to admit it. I'm not coming back.

  Bad service. Disgusting BURNT FOOD. All they do is speak native Spanish. Horrible English speakers. terrible unfriendly service!

  I work for DoorDash and am also a customer at this McDonald’s, but whenever I come here, I am deeply disappointed by the way I am treated. The customer service is consistently characterized by sour looks, bad attitudes, and extreme rudeness. I hope they station someone at the front counter—since there is never anyone there—and provide them with customer service training to improve the situation. I have visited other locations, and they are all significantly better than this one in Goodland. This is the worst one.
