    Pulled into the drive-thru just trying to grab a quick dinner after work. No one greeted me when I pulled up to order, and when someone finally did respond, the attitude was terrible. When I got to the payment window, it didn’t get any better—still no greeting, no order confirmation, and I could barely hear what he was saying because he was speaking so low. On top of that, he seemed way more focused on his phone than actually helping customers. Then after all of that, I get to the pickup window and I’m told to go park somewhere else. Overall, really poor customer service and a disappointing experience.

    Ordered two Happy Meals and asked if we could substitute the fries in one of them to get extra apple slices. It seemed simple and straight forward enough. When we got the meals the first one had the extra apples without fries as we requested. But the second one had double french fries without any apple slices. And the receipt had a charge for the additional apple slices. When I questioned this at the counter, 3 workers got involved ~ talking over each other, saying "they can't give away apple slices, they have to track inventory on apple slices, the extra fries were free, the extra apples on the receipt were just for inventory but that I wasn't charged for them." I get it if they have to charge extra for the additional apples but they didn't mention that when we ordered. We didn't order or want extra fries. And we're still short on apple slices because the second Happy Meal didn't have any. They made it so chaotic and confusing but didn't seem to understand at all what I was frustrated about. I ordered **Another** pack of apple slices! Paid, got the danged apple slices, walked away and called it a day. But I won't be going back there and I strongly recommend against anyone ordering their apple slices!

    This McDonalds consistently moves cars out the drive thru to go wait for their orders. It don’t matter what is ordered they will tell you to move to another spot. It doesn’t even matter if there’s a car behind you or not. Twice we’ve gone, with no car behind us at all, and they’ve still asked us to move. Once for a large soda and the other for ice cream cones. We told them we weren’t moving since no one was behind us. We were told that they have a contest going on and needed to get the cars out the drive thru!! What in the world!! So the contest to move cars out is more important than the customers. This is not customer service or putting them first. Honestly, if it wasn’t on this corner we wouldn’t go there.

    Update: I submitted a message through their website and the care team that is linked below, which commented on my review way before that comment was made and still no response. They like to act like their concerned however lack basic customer service skills on both ends obviously. No wonder the staff lacks respect for others and always have ugly attitudes. Usually go to this mcdonald's since it's closest to me when I want something quick, I try not to go here as much because the workers always have an attitude - One of my worst experience, I asked for extra onions on my burger to which the lady at the window stated that it would be a charge I assume out of pettiness because I was never charged for that before not even on the App, when I would order online I told her that's fine whatever, I'll pay for it and then she said I would have to go all the way back to the end of the line again to order JUST onions since apparently they can't ring anything up at the drive through window, asked for a manager and she refused - I hate being this person but how hard is it to follow the order instructions a customer gives you? She had an ugly attitude about it - I now rarely come here and the last time I did was yesterday actually after being almost a year of not going to this location due to the poor customer service I always experience here. They forgot my kid's sauce for the nuggets, the girl who gave my order was so quick to walk away until I honked my horn and she continued to stare at me while she was walking away.. Am I suppose to be intimidated? or is she too busy on her phone? don't know what her issue is either again brings me back to the poor customer service here - I asked for the onions on my burger to be put on the side in a small container due to them never having my order right and never fail to not disappoint me since I am allergic to pickles I ask for no pickles and there are pickles again..
