To Whom It May Concern,
I am filing a formal complaint regarding repeated customer-service issues at this McDonald’s location, particularly involving an employee named Mariah.
During our most recent visit, we ordered a sundae, a Dr Pepper, and a large order of fries. Instead, we were given a Coke, an ice cream cup, and a 4-piece nugget. An employee at the front attempted to correct part of the order, but after discovering that we had been given a 4-piece nugget instead of the large fries we paid for, we decided not to continue trying to resolve the order in the restaurant. We left with the incorrect items we had been given and decided to address the incident through a formal complaint instead.
Unfortunately, this was not our first negative experience at this location, nor was it my first concerning interaction with Mariah.
During a previous visit, I ordered and paid for a sundae through the McDonald’s mobile app. Mariah laughed at and questioned the order and ultimately refused to provide me with the sundae I had already purchased. When I requested a refund instead, I also did not receive the full amount I had paid.
I had explained that I intentionally order the ice cream for a specific personal reason. Regardless of whether an employee understands or agrees with why a customer purchases an item, I do not believe a customer should have to justify what they intend to do with food they have paid for. I was not requesting anything outside of the menu or asking for special treatment. I simply wanted the item I had purchased.
What concerns me most is that this appears to be a continuing pattern rather than an isolated mistake. Mistakes happen in food service, and receiving an incorrect item by itself would normally be something that could simply be corrected. However, when combined with previous experiences of being laughed at, having my order questioned, being refused an item I had already paid for, and receiving an incomplete refund, our most recent experience was enough that we decided it would be more appropriate to bring the issue directly to management or ownership.
As paying customers, we expect to receive the products we purchase and to be treated professionally and respectfully. Customers should not be mocked or made to justify why they are purchasing a particular menu item.
I am requesting that the owners or management review these incidents, including our most recent order and my previous interactions with Mariah, and take appropriate steps to ensure customers are treated respectfully and receive the items they purchase.

I just went to this Mcdonalds sept 3rd 12:30 i put in my order thru the app and parked curbside, i get it was raining but 30 minutes of no food not hearing from ANYONE i had to get off myself get wet (im sure theres an umbrella in there) and get my own dang food. If curbside is "UNAVAILABLE" due to rain let costumers know because i know damn well i wasnt told. not a word from any of the 3 4 employees that seen me in there. My lunch is only 1 hr and i spent 30 minues for a cold meal. Horrible service! Not 1 person tried bringing the food.

The people who work night shift are lazy. Somehow the McDonald says it’s 24 hours even tho the employees deny services after a certain hour. If the McDonald closes earlier than said, then there shouldn’t be any staff there at 3 am not wanting to do their job. Paying employees for standing around and waiting for their shift to end is mind blowing. At this point they are getting paid to do absolutely nothing. It is very inconvenient, inconsiderate, and frustrating. Staff need better training, service, and communication. I used to come late around 2-3 am after work and I would get served greatly, however the staff now aren’t as great nor will they ever. Consider changing things and people around because it
Is very much needed.

Now, not to be harsh, but the service during the day is some of the best service you will probably never get at any other McDonald's, I've never been to a MikieD's where the person working the front register at 06:00 AM is literally delighted and stoked about being at her place of employment, she is the first of her kind, a very unique and pleasant young lady to have place my order with, she's the Sister Mary Margerite of this fast paced infamous house of hamburgers, I call her that because Sister Mary Margerite from the well known and beloved movie Sister Act, never wore a frown, she was the one always smiling, even when things seemed bleek to others, if you need a good boost to get your day going, go to MikieD's and let her receive you, she is the electricity this place runs off of... She's the breath of life, and she knows who she is, so do we...
