    Don’t get me wrong, im ok w charging sauces but don’t give attitude if my sauces are NOT in my bag and i ask for them. Don’t be quick with “25 cents” if a customer says they didn’t receive sauces, cus i will be quick to say “even if they not in my bag???” to make u feel stupid for asking me to pay

    If i could give this place -5 stars i would i used to love this McDonalds but today was the worst experience ever all i ordered was a medium strawberry watermelon refresher with no ice when i proceeded to the pick up window my drinks was not even filled up to the first line so i was really confused because i paid for a refresher with no ice meaning my drinks should be filled up to 2nd line with base product just like you would give a coke with no ice all the way to the top because thats how the machine makes it because thats the right way, well after i asked if they could at least fill it up to the first line she said no very rude so i nicely just said oh okay ill just take my money back because im not getting what i paid for. Then she calls i suppose the main manager since she was the only one not uniform, and she tells me if i had my card i paid with I proceeded to tell her i dont but its on my phone then she says ok well u have to come inside, how are u gona tell a customer that paid for drive threw service to go inside thats so unprofessional then i told her i couldn’t because i was in a rush then she says well u have to go back around an i did exactly that then i pull to the first window where she told me to go to get my refund but the employee send me to the pick up window again after i mentioned to her that they send me to this window for my refund. As i go to the pick up window like the employee asked me to the manager is there again and she opens the window and says rudely what are u doing i told u go over there, i told her ur employee send me here thats why i am here then she gets mad at me i tell her you need to have better communication with ur coworkers then she gets more mad and closes the window on me not saying a word and im just sitting there in my car since the window has been closed on me and they haven’t gave me further instructions of where to go for my money back then 7 minutes later she comes back and says what are u doing here they waiting for u back there mind u she never said that she just closed the window and walked away. Then i reversed back to get my refund and they couldn’t even find my order yet it was placed there after i get my refund i asked the lady in the window for the store number and corporate number and she didnt want to give me the corporate number all she did was give me the number to call the store and the store number. This altercation was so unnecessary and disappointed i just wanted a refresher i come often late at nights and the man with the glasses always does everything right great service but after today i iwll never be back and its very disappointed because me myself i work at a corporate McDonalds a manager there and their is definitely different ways she could’ve handled the situation but she dod it so poorly i left really upset with sucks because customers are the ones paying us without customers theirs no service to provide so disappointed dont come here 🤷🏽‍♀️

    The cashier at this place who took our order on Saturday 10:30am was rude and would not answer our questions. Seemed annoyed and only would answer when she wanted. I guess politeness is not a requirement to work here.

    Ordered ice coffee with lite ice . I picked up my order and the cup was about at the most 3/4 full . I asked to top of with more ice coffee and it took them about 5 minutes to gather 2 other associates or supervisor and they discussed for a few minutes more for them to just add more ice to my drink . Very petty and unprofessional location. It's a shame as a simple thing like just toping off a drink with a bit more ice coffee would make a customer have a more better enjoyable experience. Would avoid this location if possible . I am sure this will fall on deaf ears to this location .
